Claims (16)
- 患者の血液パラメータのホームモニタリングのためのデバイスであって、
白血球カウンタと、
ユーザインタフェースと、
を備え、
前記白血球カウンタは、サンプルプローブを受信して、該受信したサンプルプローブ内の白血球の値を決定するように構成され、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記白血球カウンタと物理的に分離されるか物理的に分離可能であり、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記受信したサンプルプローブ内の前記白血球の値に基づいて、前記白血球カウンタによって決定されるように情報を表示するように構成される、
デバイス。 - 前記患者の体温の値を決定するように構成される体温計
を更に備え、
前記体温計及び前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記決定された体温の値を前記ユーザインタフェースに提供するように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記体温計は、前記ユーザインタフェースとの無線通信のためのインタフェース、特にBluetooth(登録商標)インタフェースを備える、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記白血球カウンタ及び前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記受信したサンプルプローブ内の前記決定された白血球の値を前記ユーザインタフェースに提供するように構成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ユーザインタフェースは、白血球介入レベルを記憶し、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、体温介入レベルを記憶し、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、提供される前記決定された体温の値を前記体温介入レベルと比較するように構成され、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記受信したサンプルプローブ内の前記決定された白血球の値を前記白血球介入レベルと比較するように構成される、請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記の比較の結果に基づいて信号を生成するように構成され、
前記信号は、前記患者のための視覚的警告、前記患者のための光学的警告、臨床医に対するショートメールメッセージ、臨床医に対する電子メール、サーバに対する警告メッセージ及びこれらの組合せを備えるグループから選択される、請求項5に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースは、ディスプレイ及び電子記憶媒体を備え、
前記患者のための健康状態質問票を前記ディスプレイによって前記患者に表示するために、前記健康状態質問票が前記電子記憶媒体内に記憶される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースは、情報をリモートサーバに伝送するように構成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記白血球カウンタは、ディスプレイのないデバイスである、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- ポータブルの前記白血球カウンタは、前記ユーザインタフェースとの接続を確立するための第1の機械的ドッキングコネクタを備え、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記白血球カウンタとの接続を確立するための第2の機械的ドッキングコネクタを備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。 - 前記ユーザインタフェース及び前記白血球カウンタは、前記ユーザインタフェースが前記白血球カウンタにドッキングされる構造において、前記白血球カウンタにより前記ユーザインタフェースを充電し、読取値を前記ユーザインタフェースから前記白血球カウンタに伝送し、かつ/又は白血球カウントからの結果を同期するように構成される、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 当該デバイスは、複数のユーザインタフェースとともに使用されるように構成される、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 患者の血液パラメータのホームモニタリングの方法であって、
白血球カウンタによって前記患者のサンプルプローブの白血球の値を決定するステップと、
前記決定された白血球の値を、前記白血球カウンタから、物理的に分離されるか物理的に分離可能なユーザインタフェースに伝送するステップと、
前記白血球カウンタによって決定される、受信した前記サンプルプローブ内の前記白血球の値に基づいて、ユーザインタフェース上に情報を表示するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースによって前記患者の体温の値を体温計から受け取るステップ
を更に備える、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースは、白血球介入レベルを記憶し、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、体温介入レベルを記憶し、
前記ユーザインタフェースによって、提供される前記決定された体温の値を前記体温介入レベルと比較するステップと、
前記ユーザインタフェースによって、受信した前記サンプルプローブ内の前記決定された白血球の値を前記白血球介入レベルと比較するステップと
を更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースによって、前記の比較の結果に基づいて信号を生成するステップと、
前記信号は、前記患者のための視覚的警告、前記患者のための光学的警告、臨床医に対するショートメールメッセージ、臨床医に対する電子メール、サーバに対する警告メッセージ及びこれらの組合せを備えるグループから選択される、
請求項15に記載の方法。
