Abstract
Description
前記加硫促進助剤は、前記加硫促進剤と併用してその促進効果を高めるために用いられる配合剤であって、無機系加硫促進助剤、有機系加硫促進助剤及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される何れか1つを用いることができる。
前記タイヤは、乗用車用タイヤ、競走用タイヤ、飛行機タイヤ、農機械用タイヤ、オフロード(off−the−road)タイヤ、トラックタイヤまたはバスタイヤなどであり得る。また、前記タイヤは、ラジアル(radial)タイヤまたはバイアス(bias)タイヤであってもよいが、ラジアルタイヤであることが好ましい。
下記表1のような組成を用いて下記の実施例及び比較例によるランフラットタイヤ用サイドウォールインサートのゴム組成物を製造した。前記ゴム組成物の製造は通常のゴム組成物の製造方法に従う。
(1)BR1:シンジオタクチック1,2−ポリブタジエンを含むポリブタジエン
(2)BR2:シス1,4−ブタジエンの含量が97重量%以上で、重量平均分子量(Mw)が7.0×105〜7.5×105g/molの高シスブタジエンゴム
(3)カーボンブラック:GPF(ヨウ素吸着比表面積が20〜50g/kgで、OANが85〜120cm3/100gである)
(4)補強性樹脂:ノボラック樹脂(Novolak Resin)
(5)メチレンドナー:ヘキサメチレンテトラミン
(6)促進剤:TBBS
(7)劣化防止剤:Vulcuren KA9188
前記実施例及び比較例で製造したゴム試片に対して物性を測定し、その結果を下記表2に示す。
−粘弾性は、DMTA測定器を用いて5%変形(strain)に10Hz周波数(Frequency)下で0から10%までのtanδを測定した。
Claims (5)
- 天然ゴム30〜60重量部及びブタジエンゴム40〜70重量部を含む原料ゴム100重量部と、
カーボンブラック40〜70重量部と、
ノボラック樹脂(Novolak Resin)3〜10重量部と、
メチレンドナー0.2〜2重量部と、
を含むことを特徴とするランフラットタイヤ用サイドウォールインサートのゴム組成物。 - 前記ブタジエンゴムは、シス1,4−ブタジエンの含量が97重量%以上で、重量平均分子量(Mw)が7.0×105〜7.5×105g/molの高シスブタジエンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランフラットタイヤ用サイドウォールインサートのゴム組成物。
- 前記メチレンドナーは、ヘキサメチレンテトラミンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランフラットタイヤ用サイドウォールインサートのゴム組成物。
- 前記カーボンブラックは、ヨウ素吸着比表面積が20〜50g/kgで、OAN(Oil Absorption Number)が85〜120cm3/100gであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランフラットタイヤ用サイドウォールインサートのゴム組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のランフラットタイヤ用サイドウォールインサートのゴム組成物を用いて製造することを特徴とするタイヤ。
