Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るフレキシブル表示装置は、フレキシブル表示パネルとウインドー部材とを備える。前記フレキシブル表示パネルは、フォールディング領域と前記フォールディング領域に隣接する周辺領域とを含む。前記ウインドー部材は、少なくとも第1ベース層及び第2ベース層を含む。前記第2ベース層は、前記第1ベース層に重ねられ、前記第1ベース層より小さい弾性率を有する。前記フォールディング領域に重なる前記第2ベース層の第1部分の厚さは、前記周辺領域に重なる前記第2ベース層の第2部分の厚さより大きい。

Claims (10)
- フォールディング軸が定義されたフォールディング領域と前記フォールディング領域に隣接する周辺領域とを含むフレキシブル表示パネルと、
前記フォールディング領域と前記周辺領域とに重なるように前記フレキシブル表示パネルの一面上に設けられたウインドー部材と、を備え、
前記ウインドー部材は、
第1ベース層と、
前記第1ベース層に重なる第2ベース層であって、前記第1ベース層より大きい弾性率を有する第2ベース層と、を含み、
前記フォールディング領域に重なる前記第1ベース層の第1部分の厚さは、前記周辺領域に重なる前記第1ベース層の第2部分の厚さより大きいことを特徴とするフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記フォールディング領域に重なる前記第2ベース層の第1部分の厚さは、前記周辺領域に重なる前記第2ベース層の第2部分の厚さより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記フォールディング領域に重なる前記ウインドー部材の第1部分の厚さは、前記周辺領域に重なる前記ウインドー部材の第2部分の厚さと実質的に同一であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記ウインドー部材の前記第1部分と前記ウインドー部材の前記第2部分とは、実質的に同じ厚さを有し、前記ウインドー部材の厚さは、約20μmから約300μmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記フォールディング領域に重なる前記第1ベース層の前記第1部分の厚さは、前記フォールディング領域に重なる前記第2ベース層の第1部分の厚さの約80%から約120%の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記周辺領域に重なる前記第1ベース層の前記第2部分の厚さは、前記周辺領域に重なる前記第2ベース層の第2部分の厚さの約2%から約20%の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第1ベース層は、前記第2ベース層に比べて、前記フレキシブル表示パネルの前記一面の近くに設けられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記フォールディング軸と直交する方向に定義された前記第1ベース層の前記第1部分の幅は、前記フォールディング軸と直交する方向に定義された前記フォールディング領域の幅と同一であるか、或いは小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第1ベース層の前記第1部分は、均一な厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記第1ベース層の前記第1部分は、前記フォールディング軸と直交する方向に沿って切断した断面において、ピークを有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
