Abstract
Description
(実施形態1)
本発明の実施形態の狭所配管用継手は、ねじ部材1と配管接続部材2の一対からなる。図1は、ねじ部材1を機器3(たとえば、エアブレーキ用バルブ)に取り付けた状態で、配管接続部材2を係合する前の状態の断面図を示している。
図3は、ねじ部材1a、ねじ部材1b、ねじ部材1cをスパナ29とソケットレンチ用ソケット30を用いてねじ部材1a、ねじ部材1b、ねじ部材1cに取り付けた状態を示す図であって、図3(a)は平面図、図3(b)は斜視図である。図3(b)では、ねじ部材1cとの嵌合状態を確認できる様に一部を切断した状態で図示している。
次に、実施形態2について、実施形態1との相違点を中心に説明する。
図6は、機器3にねじ部材1を取り付け、ねじ部材1に配管接続部材31を挿入した状態を示す図である。配管接続部材31の配管接続部32は、竹の子形状になっており、前記竹の子形状の配管接続部32の山径は、チューブの内径より大きく、チューブを配管接続部32に挿入するとチューブを拡径してシール性を保持する様になっている。その他のねじ部材1、機器3は実施形態1と同じである。実施形態1に比較して配管時の操作性には劣るが、部品点数が少なく、軽量である。実施形態1と実施形態2のステム13とステム33を同一寸法にすれば、ねじ部材1は同じものを使用可能である。

Claims (3)
- 配管接続部材のステム部内径中心軸から径方向の最大寸法がねじ部材のねじの中心軸から六角部の径方向の最大寸法より大きい狭所配管用の管継手であって、
配管接続部材とねじ部材の2部材からなり、
前記ねじ部材は工具で締め付けるための六角部と、機器の取付孔にねじ込むためのねじ部と、内部に係止部材とを有し、
前記機器の取付孔に前記ねじ部材を螺合接続した状態で、前記配管接続部材のステム部に形成されている溝部が前記係止部材に係止されることを特徴とする狭所配管用管継手。 - 前記配管接続部材の内周部に配管用チューブを保持するための爪を有する係止リングが収容されており、前記係止リングにより前記チューブを保持する請求項1の狭所配管用管継手。
- 前記配管接続部材は内部に配管を圧入する竹の子形状の筒を有する請求項1の狭所配管用管継手。
