Abstract
【解決手段】イントラ予測モード符号化方法は、現在ブロックのイントラ予測モードを決定し、現在ブロックのMPM候補の有効性を検査することで、有効のMPM候補の数を判断し、有効のMPM候補の数が予め定められた数より小さい場合、追加イントラ予測モードをMPM候補として追加する。追加の際、有効のMPM候補の方向性によってMPM候補が適応的に追加される。また、残余イントラ予測モードの符号化時にも有効のMPM候補の方向性によって残余イントラ予測モードが再整列される。有効のMPM候補の方向性によってMPM候補を追加し及び又は残余イントラ予測モードを再整列することで、現在ブロックのイントラ予測モードの符号化情報を最小にする。

Description
例えば、本願発明は以下の項目を提供する。
(項目1)
受信されたビットストリームからイントラ予測情報を復号化するパーシング部;
前記イントラ予測情報を利用して現在予測ユニットのイントラ予測モードを復号化するイントラ予測モード復号化部;及び、
前記イントラ予測モードを利用して予測ブロックを生成する予測ブロック生成部;を含み、
前記イントラ予測情報は、予測モードグループ指示子及び予測モードインデックスを含み、前記予測モードグループ指示子によって前記予測モードインデックス復号化方法が変わることを特徴とする映像復号化装置。
(項目2)
前記予測モード指示子によって前記予測モードインデックスの逆二進化方法が変わることを特徴とする項目1に記載の映像復号化装置。
(項目3)
前記予測モードグループ指示子は、現在ブロックのイントラ予測モードがMPMグループに属するかどうかを示すことを特徴とする項目1に記載の映像復号化装置。
(項目4)
MPMグループは、3個のイントラ予測モードを含むことを特徴とする項目3に記載の映像復号化装置。
(項目5)
前記予測ブロック生成部は、参照画素を生成する参照画素生成部及び参照画素をフィルタリングする参照画素フィルタリング部を含み、前記参照画素フィルタリング部は、前記予測ブロックの大きさ及び前記イントラ予測モードによって前記参照画素を適応的にフィルタリングすることを特徴とする項目1に記載の映像復号化装置。
(項目6)
前記参照画素生成部は、有効でない参照画素が少なくとも一つ存在する場合、前記参照画素を生成することを特徴とする項目5に記載の映像復号化装置。
(項目7)
前記有効でない参照画素の片側にのみ有効な参照画素が存在する場合、最も近い位置の有効な参照画素を複写して有効でない参照画素を生成することを特徴とする項目6に記載の映像復号化装置。
Claims (8)
- 受信されたビットストリームからイントラ予測情報を復号化するパーシング部;
前記イントラ予測情報及び3個のイントラ予測モードを含むMPMグループを利用して現在予測ユニットのイントラ予測モードを復号化するイントラ予測モード復号化部;及び、
前記イントラ予測モードを利用して予測ブロックを生成する予測ブロック生成部;を含み、
前記イントラ予測情報は、予測モードグループ指示子及び予測モードインデックスを含み、前記予測モードグループ指示子によって前記予測モードインデックス復号化方法が変わり、
前記予測ブロックの大きさは、変換大きさ情報によって決定され、
前記3個のイントラ予測モードは、現在予測ユニットの左側及び上側ブロックのイントラ予測モードによって決定され、
前記上側及び左側ブロックのイントラ予測モードのうち一つのみが有効な場合、2個のイントラ予測モードが前記MPMグループに追加され、
現在ブロックの左側及び上側ブロックのイントラ予測モードがDCモードとプレーナモードである場合、前記MPMグループは、DCモード、プレーナモード及び垂直モードを含むことを特徴とする映像復号化装置。 - 前記予測モードグループ指示子によって前記予測モードインデックスの逆二進化方法が変わることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化装置。
- 前記予測モードグループ指示子は、現在ブロックのイントラ予測モードがMPMグループに属するかどうかを示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化装置。
- 前記予測ブロック生成部は、参照画素を生成する参照画素生成部及び参照画素をフィルタリングする参照画素フィルタリング部を含み、前記参照画素フィルタリング部は、前記予測ブロックの大きさ及び前記イントラ予測モードによって前記参照画素を適応的にフィルタリングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化装置。
- 前記参照画素生成部は、有効でない参照画素が少なくとも一つ存在する場合、前記参照画素を生成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の映像復号化装置。
- 前記有効でない参照画素の片側にのみ有効な参照画素が存在する場合、最も近い位置の有効な参照画素を複写して有効でない参照画素を生成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の映像復号化装置。
- 前記左側及び上側ブロックのイントラ予測モードが互いに異なり、方向性イントラ予測モードである場合、前記MPMグループは、前記左側及び上側ブロックのイントラ予測モード及び一つの非方向性イントラ予測モードを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化装置。
- 前記非方向性イントラ予測モードは、プレーナモードであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の映像復号化装置。
