Abstract
【解決手段】有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、光透過性電極2と、光透過性電極2と対となり光反射性を有する対電極4と、光透過性電極2と対電極4との間に配置される発光層3とを備えている。対電極4は、Ag又はAgを含有する合金により構成されている。対電極4の発光層3とは反対側に、補助反射層6が設けられている。補助反射層6と対電極4との間に、対電極4と補助反射層6との間で成分が拡散して移動することを阻害する拡散阻害層5を有する。

前記対電極は、Ag又はAgを含有する合金により構成され、

Claims (8)
- 光透過性電極と、前記光透過性電極と対となり光反射性を有する対電極と、前記光透過性電極と前記対電極との間に配置される発光層と、を備えた有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子であって、
前記対電極は、Ag又はAgを含有する合金により構成され、
前記対電極の前記発光層とは反対側に、補助反射層が設けられ、
前記補助反射層と前記対電極との間に、前記対電極と前記補助反射層との間で成分が拡散して移動することを阻害する拡散阻害層を有することを特徴とする、有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記対電極の屈折率は、波長440〜460nm、波長550〜570nm、及び、波長610〜630nmにおいて、0.17以下であり、
前記対電極の消衰係数は、波長440〜460nm、波長550〜570nm、及び、波長610〜630nmにおいて、5.0以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記拡散阻害層の消衰係数は、波長440〜460nm、波長550〜570nm、及び、波長610〜630nmにおいて、0.1以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記拡散阻害層の厚みは、前記対電極の厚みよりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記拡散阻害層は、双極子モーメントが0.1D以上の物質を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。
- 前記補助反射層は、導電性を有し、
前記補助反射層は、前記発光層が形成されていない領域で、前記対電極に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 前記光透過性電極の前記発光層とは反対側に光透過性基板を備え、
前記光透過性基板の前記光透過性電極側の表面に、光取り出し構造が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子を備えた照明装置。
