Abstract
【解決手段】耐屈曲性管状シャフトの近位端部に取付られたハンドル部40と、耐屈曲性管状シャフトの遠位端部に固定又は形成されたキャップと、キャップにばね力によって弾性結合され、開放/引出手段によってキャップから引出されるように構成された生体組織用クリップ4と、を含む直腸医療器具。管状シャフトの遠位端部がキャップの直前領域で傾斜され、キャップ自体が予め決められた固定角度に傾斜されて、キャップによって規定されるクリップの引出方向が管状シャフトの軸に対し所定の角度に規定される。

Claims (10)
- 耐屈曲性管状シャフト(6)の近位端部に取付られたハンドル部(40)と、耐屈曲性管状シャフト(6)の遠位端部に固定又は形成されたキャップ(1)と、前記キャップ(1)にばね力によって弾性結合され、開放/引出手段によって前記キャップ(1)から引出されるように構成された生体組織用クリップ(4、200)と、を含み、
管状シャフト(6)の遠位端部が前記キャップの直前領域で傾斜され、及び/又は、前記キャップ(1)自体が予め決められた固定角度に傾斜されて、前記キャップ(1)によって規定されるクリップ(4、200)の引出方向が前記管状シャフトの軸に対し所定の角度に規定されていることを特徴とする直腸医療器具。 - 前記耐屈曲性管状シャフト(6)の遠位端部領域は、S字形状に曲がっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直腸医療器具。
- 前記開放/引出手段は、前記管状シャフト(6)の外部に固定されたそれぞれの機能チャネル(42)内に前記管状シャフト(6)に沿って延長されて、近位端部で前記ハンドル部(40)の操作レバー(41)に連結され、遠位端部で前記キャップ(1)上で軸方向に移動可能に導かれるスリップリング(50)に連結される少なくとも1つのプル及び/又はプッシュ要素(11、60)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の直腸医療器具。
- 2つの機能チャネル(42)は前記管状シャフト(6)の外部に直径方向に対向するように装着され、
前記プル及び/又はプッシュ要素(11、60)は、前記機能チャネルにおいて軸方向に移動可能に支持され、張力及び/又は押力を前記スリップリング(50)に軸対称に印加する2つの柔軟なワイヤ又はシャフトであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の直腸医療器具。 - 前記キャップ(1)の外部に、前記キャップ(1)と外側キャップ壁の間に前記クリップ(4、200)が挿入される溝状のギャップ(7)を形成する長手方向に延長されたタブ(9)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の直腸医療器具。
- 前記プル及び/又はプッシュ要素は、前記クリップ(4)が摺動しながら引出されるとき、遠位端部が前記溝状のギャップを横断するように導かれて前記タブ(9)に固定され、前記操作レバー(41)の操作時に引張られるように近位端部で前記ハンドル部(40)の操作レバー(41)に取付けられ、前記ギャップ(7)内の細線部分が減少して前記クリップ(4、200)を前方に引出す細線(11)であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の直腸医療器具。
- 前記ハンドル部(40)は、前記管状シャフト(6)に対して角度を調整可能な把持部(40b)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の直腸医療器具。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の直腸医療器具に用いる生体組織用クリップであって、
2つのヒンジ部(230、240)を介在して弾性的に連結される上顎部及び下顎部(210、220)を含み閉リング状に形成され、
前記リングの両前記ヒンジ部は、ピッチ円状の突出部(260、270)を有し、
前記ヒンジ部(230、240)は、それぞれの遷移領域(280、290)より前記リングの平面に垂直で略160°〜180°前記顎部(210、220)に向かって曲げられていることを特徴とする生体組織用クリップ。 - 前記突出部(260、270)は、前記ヒンジ部(230、240)が曲げられた状態で半径方向に内側又は外側に向かって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の生体組織用クリップ。
- 前記顎部(210、220)は、前記ヒンジ部(230、240)の屈折方向と反対方向に前記リング平面に垂直して曲げられることにより突出部をなすことを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の生体組織用クリップ。
