Description

The present invention relates to a rescue boat in which a rescuer can be carried out while standing in a wind position without losing sight of a water refugee and without stopping during the rescue operation.

A ship (in this application, a ship and a boat are treated as having the same meaning) has higher wave surpassability, maneuverability, and safety when navigating at a wind level while maintaining speed.
Conventionally, rescue boats during rescue operations have stopped their pedestrians in order to avoid damage to water victims due to propellers. If the ship is stopped, the maneuverability and surpassing characteristics will be reduced, and the risk of rollover will increase due to crosswinds and waves.
Also, it is difficult to find water refugees on rough waters, and it is difficult to rediscover them once they lose sight.
For this reason, it has been said that if there is a person who has fallen water, a quick and reliable rescue can be achieved only by a pair of a steering operator who goes straight ahead, a person who visually recognizes the person who has fallen down, and a person who performs rescue work. Under stormy weather, there is a problem that rescue operations are dangerous for rescuers while they are stopped.
In the patent document, a rescuer method and a rescuer device for rescued by a helicopter from a helicopter are disclosed. However, a place where a rescuer is generated is not always a place where a helicopter can act.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a rescue device equipped in a rescue boat that can perform rescue work while standing in a wind position without stopping the rescue boat and can ensure the safety of the passenger without losing sight of the wreck during the work. Objective.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the rescue device 2 includes a housing portion 212 for housing a person, a mounting portion 21313 for mounting the housing portion, and a drive portion 214 for driving the tip of the housing portion up and down. If the person floating on the water is rescued by attaching it to the rescue part 21 attached to the bow of the rescue boat 1, the tip of the accommodation part is lowered below the water surface, It is characterized by being able to rescue the water refugee by raising the part above the water surface.
The rescue apparatus 2 according to claim 1 further includes a side-mounted rescue part 22 on both sides of the rescue boat 1 and is provided with a ramp 221 that can be driven up and down. The rescue boat according to claim 1, wherein the tip is lowered below the surface of the water to scoop up the water refugee.

The rescue apparatus according to claim 1 or 2 further includes a ship bottom mounting rescue part 23 in the vicinity of the draft part of the bottom part of the bow part of the rescue boat 1, and is provided with a U-shaped guide 231 to rescue a person. In some cases, the guide is lowered below the surface of the water so that the water refugee is not caught in the stern propeller.

The housing part 212 is characterized in that a rescue net 2122 is provided inside a rectangular frame 2121.

A rescue device according to any one of claims 1 to 5 is provided.

In stormy weather, the position of the water refugee is difficult to find due to the waves, and even if it is found, it is easy to lose sight. The boat is made to go straight, approach the leeward side of the wreck, and the evacuee can be accommodated in the rescue device without stopping. In the future, since the steering wheel can also serve as a person who can visually recognize the person who has fallen from the beginning, the rescue operation can be performed quickly and reliably by two people.

In addition, since the ramps 221 are provided on both sides of the rescue boat 1, the defense range in which the rescue boat can rescue the wrecked person is expanded.

In addition, since the guide 231 for guiding the water refugee to the ramp is installed at the bottom of the bow of the rescue boat 1 so that the water refugee is not damaged by the propeller, the water refugee is smoothly guided to the ramp.

In addition, since the rescue part 2122 is provided inside the square frame 2121 in the housing part 212, if the net is deepened, once the wreck is secured in the net, it will not flow out.

In addition, since the drainage hole 3122 is provided in the housing portion 312, the water in the rescue device can be automatically drained when the vehicle moves forward, and the buoyancy and the maneuverability are immediately recovered.

In addition, by providing the rescue boat with the rescue device described above, rescue can be performed more quickly and reliably than before.

Two examples will be described below.

(Container)
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the housing 212 includes a frame 2121 and a rescue net 2122 stretched within the frame. The frame 2121 is lightened with an aluminum pipe, carbon fiber, or the like, and the rescue net 2122 attached to the frame 2121 can be reduced and expanded with a cord connected to the net. The rope can also assist in raising the rescue device and fixing the frame in the water. The rescue net 2122 is made of an arc-shaped net, cloth, a resin plate or a metal plate with a drain hole, etc., in order to accommodate and rescue. If the rescue net 2122 is so deep and deep that it does not overwhelm people, it will not flow out once the victim is secured on the net.

According to FIG. 3, the accommodating part 212 is supported by a column 2131 extending from the grip part 2132 of the attachment part 213, and the cable of the drive part 214 attached to the frame is expanded or contracted by the handle 2141 of the drive part 214 attached to the frame. The frame 2121 is moved up and down by connecting and contracting to 2142. The frame 2121 is rotatable within a range of about 180 degrees in the bow-stern direction by expansion and contraction of the handle 2141 of the driving unit 214. The accommodating portion 212 can be rotated 360 degrees in the horizontal direction by the support 2131 of the mounting portion 213 and can be fixed by a rotation fixing bracket. By fixing the horizontal direction with ropes on both sides of the tip of the frame, the net can be reliably deployed in the water under the rescue boat.

(Mounting part)
The attachment portion 213 includes a support post 2131 and a gripping portion 2132 and is attached to the bow attachment / rescue portion 21 of the hull, and the gripping portion 2132 of the attachment portion 213 of the rescue device 2 is mounted on the deck as shown in FIG. It may be attached with a nut, or the grip portion 2132 may be embedded in the deck and integrated with the hull. The attachment portion 213 can adjust the inclination angle of the accommodating portion 212 below the water surface by extending and contracting the support column 2131 at the center.

(Drive part)
2 and 3, the driving unit 214 drives the storage unit 212 attached to the mounting unit 213, and is between the frame 2121 of the storage unit 212 and the foot of the mounting unit 213 in FIG. 3. The accommodating part 212 is moved up and down by expanding and contracting the length of the driving part. After the water refugee is taken into the storage unit 212, the drive unit 214 is contracted to raise the storage unit 212 onto the water surface and take it into the boat. The drive unit 214 may use either a handle 2141 using a plurality of blocks and ropes, a hydraulic drive device driven by a motor 2144, or a winch.

(Side mounted rescue part)
1, 2, 3, and 4, the water refugee overflowing in the storage unit 212 hits either the left or right side of the guide 231, and if it hits, it is guided to the left or right ramp 221. Yes.

1, 2, 3, and 4, the side-mounted rescue unit 22 has a sloping path 221 that extends in a diagonally forward direction so that a wide range of water refugees can be widely held and the tip is below the water surface, The mounting portion 222 is attached so that the ramp can be moved up and down in water, and the drive unit 223 can drive the ramp up and down in water.

(Slope)
The side-mounted rescue unit 22 is provided with a ramp 221 which is an auxiliary device for rescuing a lost person who has been accommodated in the rescue network 2122. The ramp 221 is attached to the fender 11 so that it can be rotated by the mounting unit 222. A drive unit 223 that can move up and down in the water is provided, and the ramp 221 is set to be used by being hung under the side obliquely forward water surface outside the fender 11 of the rescue boat 1 during the rescue operation.

If the water refugee guided to the ramp 221 increases the boat speed, an action (water force) that rises up the ramp is added, and it becomes easier to climb the ramp up to the vicinity of the fender 11, and also to the ramp 221 so that it can crawl on its own. Incorporation will be easier if a staircase is provided. It is preferable to form a cocoon-like shape having a gap in the fore-and-aft direction with a pipe or the like as a shape that does not easily cause water resistance under the surface of the water, and that does not allow water refugees to be caught. In order to reduce the weight, it is desirable to lighten the pipe with a watertight structure.

(Mounting part of ramp)
The ramp 221 has an end on the water surface fixed according to FIG. 1 so as to be rotatable on the shore side by a mounting portion 222 straddling the fender 11 on the water surface, and according to FIG. It is attached to the rescue boat so that it can be hung under the water surface on the shore side using a connecting rope, and the length of the connecting rope can be expanded and contracted by a drive unit 223 using a tackle, so that the inclination angle and depth of the slope can be adjusted. Yes.

(Driving section of the ramp)
1, 2, and 3, the ramp can be rotated by fixing the stern side of the ramp 221 with a fixture as shown in FIG. 1, and the bow side of the ramp is a fender as shown in FIG. 3. It is driven by a plurality of connecting ropes of a drive unit 223 that drives the sloping road up and down on the shore side on the water surface. Therefore, it is suspended below the water surface on the shore side, and the length of the connecting rope is extended and adjusted so as to eliminate the gap between the inclination angle of the ramp, the inundation depth, and the guide, thereby making it easy to bring in the rescuer into the rescue device.

According to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4, a guide 231 that guides a water refugee to the ramp 221 and a drive unit 232 that moves the guide up and down from the dredging side below the surface of the water are installed in the ship bottom mounting rescue unit 23.

(guide)
The guide 231 is a device for guiding the wreck to the ramp 221. When the boat advances forward at a slow speed until it hits the guide 231 to the wreck who has not been able to take in the storage unit 212, the wreck contacts the guide and follows the starboard or port guide To the left and right ramps to prevent water refugees from entering the ship's bottom and damaging them with propellers.

According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the shape of the guide 231 is a U-shape that continuously forms a skirt like a skirt over the bow bottom of the bow and the bottom of the bow. The inundation depth exceeds that of the stern propeller. In order to make it difficult to become resistant when mounted under the surface of the water, a pipe or the like is used to form a cocoon with a gap in the fore-and-aft direction so that a person with little water is not caught. Its shape relieves water resistance. It is desirable to make the structural material into a pipe shape so that the weight does not become a burden on buoyancy, and to make it light and watertight.

The guide 231 operates the drive unit 232 as shown in FIG. 3 at the time of rescue work, and is hung under the water surface of the bow bottom and is lifted at times other than work. The joint between the drive unit 223 and the guide 231 on the ramp 221 extends and contracts the drive unit 223 and the drive unit 232 to adjust the inclination angle, and seamlessly connects the two to prevent a water refugee from being caught between the connection parts.

The guide 231 is stored in close contact with the hull with a connecting rope under the fender so that the guide does not hinder the function of the fender 11 when the bow comes into contact with the quay. ing. When using, loosen the connecting cable and install deeper.

(Guide drive)
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the guide drive unit 232 is moved up and down to expand the guide 231 below the water surface. A plurality of connecting ropes on both sides of the stern side drive unit 232 of the guide 231 are installed so as to straddle the outer periphery of the fender 11, and the connecting ropes are expanded and contracted, as shown in FIGS. The connecting cable of the drive unit 232 is expanded and contracted through a route that penetrates the deck inside the bow part of the fender, and is used under the water surface during work and partially above the water surface during normal use.

As seen from the front view of FIG. 4, the accommodating portion 212 that develops below the surface of the water and the guide 231 thereafter are reserved, and the sloping roads 221 are installed on both sides of the guide 231 so as to crawl the victim. It can be seen that it is desirable to provide the accommodating portion 212 and the ramp 221 as wide and deep as possible to the left and right.

(Rescue work)
Follow the steps below for rescue operations.
The rescuer is transferred from the ship to the rescue boat and lowered to the surface W.
If it falls, it will be in the state which can expand | deploy the accommodating part 212, the ramp 221 and the guide 231, and rushes to the lee on the wind direction line D of a water refugee.
The rescue boat is advanced to the position where the rescuer can be seen on the wind direction line D of the boat while the rescuer is leeward.
After confirming the position, the boat is advanced toward the windward.
The rescue net 2122 of the storage unit 212 is stored in a reduced size at the lower end of the frame 2121 so as not to obstruct the view of the steering hand.
The drive unit is operated near the water refugee, and 212, 221, 231 protrude partly below the water surface W in front of the bow.
Fix both sides of the frame.
The operation cord of the rescue net 2122 is pulled to expand the net in the frame.
Move forward at a slow speed with the rescue boat in the wind position.
At this time, the boat advances toward the water refugee who is on a straight line of the wind direction line.
If a surveillance camera is installed at the bottom of the boat's head fender, it will be easier to identify water refugees.
If the frame enters the water, if you increase the boat speed, the net will unfold deeply due to the water on the frame and the net.
When the water is further advanced toward the water refugee, the water refugee is taken into the frame of the rescue device by the action of water.
After confirming that the victim is well within the frame (net), move the boat further.
Operate the drive to pull up the frame and bring the wreck into the rescue boat.

5 is a perspective view of a second embodiment in which the rescue device 3 is provided in the hull rescue section 31, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of the second embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a front view.

5 and 6, the rescue device 3 according to the second embodiment is in the hull rescue unit 31 and includes an accommodation unit 312, an attachment unit 313, and a drive unit 314. The housing portion 312 is a diversion of the hull of the bow of the rescue boat. The housing portion 312 can be rotated about 90 degrees below the bow around the grip portion 3132 of the mounting portion 313, and can be used by water refugees. From the front of the rescue boat that goes straight, the hull is drooped from the water surface to the water and used as a rescue device.

According to FIG. 5, the forward saddle-shaped rescue device 3 has an open upper surface (corresponding to the rescue boat deck) and the surface in contact with the rescue boat body so that the rescued wreck can enter the boat from outside the boat. It is one of the routes through which the drainage of the rescue device 3 can be removed simultaneously. If a rescue network 3121 is installed on the same route as shown in FIG.

The procedure of the rescue operation is the same as that of the first embodiment, but according to FIG. 6, while the rescue boat is being advanced toward the water victim on the wind direction line, the tackle installed in the boat (drive unit 3141 in FIG. 6). Alternatively, using a winch with a motor 3142 for the tackle, the connecting cable at the tip of the rescue device is loosened, and the rescue device 3 (accommodating portion 312) is deployed below the surface of the water. The rescue boat advances to the leeward side of the shipwreck against the wind direction, confirms the shipwreck at the lower part of the bow (located under the fender 11), and further advances at a slower speed. When the rescue boat reaches the water refugee and further advances the boat, the water refugee is naturally pushed into the bowl-shaped rescue device 3 (accommodating portion 312) by water and stored. The rescue device is bowl-shaped and has a continuous opening in the rescue boat from the water surface below the bow, so it is easy to pull it up on the deck. If the accommodation of the water refugee is confirmed, the rescue device 3 is closed and accelerated while shortening the cable of the drive unit 314. If accelerated, the water is automatically drained by the drain hole 3122.

FIG. 6 shows a cross-sectional state taken along the line AA of the accommodating portion 312 in which the drain hole 3122 is installed. The rescue boat has an unsinkable structure, and the buoyancy of the volume corresponding to the rescue device on the bow does not affect the unsinkable performance. The drainage hole 3122 in FIG. 6 has a structure in which the hull is partially overlapped, and if the rescue boat advances, a water pressure difference occurs inside and outside the drainage hole 3122, and the positive pressure is discharged to the outside of the drainage means that has become negative pressure. It shows that the water in the accommodating portion 312 that has become a pressure is automatically discharged. External water will be submerged when the ship is stopped, but a self-baler with a stopcock can be used as a drainage means so that it will not be submerged even when the ship is stopped. The drain hole 3122 may be formed in a lateral slit shape.

If a rescue operation is performed while moving forward with the rescue boat in the wind position as in the present embodiment, the rescuer can be rescued without impairing the maneuverability. If the ship is moved on the windward line of the rescue boat in advance, the rescue boat needs to go straight with the wind up continuously, The ship can be returned to the ship quickly and safely, and even two people can be surely rescued smoothly.

This device can be used for quick rescue activities such as beaches because it can run to the rescue site at full speed and can start rescue work without stopping. It can be used not only to rescue the water refugee but also as a collection device for floating objects in general.
