Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 多層プラスチック部品を製造する方法であって、
a)それぞれある厚みのある複数枚の支持プレートを備えたツールの内コア上に素材を射出することでモールド層を発生させるステップと、
b)ツールを開き支持プレートを除去するステップと、
c)ツールを閉じてツール内にギャップを発生させるステップと、
d)モールド層上に且つギャップ内で更なる層をモールドするステップと、
ステップb)〜d)を反復することでモールド多層プラスチック部品を製造するステップと、
を有し、ステップb)で除去された支持プレートの厚みによりギャップの大きさ及び更なる層の厚みが決まる方法。 - プラスチック部品を製造する方法であって、
a)ツールの内コア上に第1素材を射出することでモールド層を発生させるステップと、
b)ツールを開き第1支持プレートを除去するステップと、
c)ツールを閉じてツール内にギャップを発生させるステップと、
d)形成されている第1層上に且つギャップ内で第2層をモールドすることでプラスチック部品を製造するステップと、
を有し、ステップb)で除去された第1支持プレートの厚みによりギャップの大きさ及び第2層の厚みが決まる方法。 - 請求項2記載の方法であって、そのプラスチック部品がテストプラークを有する方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、その内コアが可動であり且つアンダーカットを有し、そのアンダーカット上への直接堆積で層がモールドされる方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、ステップb)が、2mm以内の範囲で支持プレートを動かした後支持プレートを除去するステップを含む方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、粗い面が各層間にある方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、そのプラスチック部品が、5mm超の厚みを有する肉厚プラスチック部品である方法。
- 請求項7記載の方法であって、その肉厚プラスチック部品が65mm以下の厚みである方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、そのプラスチック部品の各層が同じ素材からなる方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、そのプラスチック部品の各層が異なる素材からなる方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、そのプラスチック部品がリッジを有する方法。
- 請求項1乃至11のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、その上に次の層が堆積されるのに先立ち各層が除熱される方法。
- 請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、ステップb)が、1mm以上に亘り第1支持プレートを動かした後その第1支持プレートを除去するステップを含む方法。
- 請求項1乃至13のうちいずれか一項記載の方法であって、更に、
e)ツールを開き第2支持プレートを除去するステップと、
f)ツールを閉じ、そのツールのイジェクタプレート、それに連結された内コア、第1層及び第2層を一緒に動かすことで、同ツール内に第2ギャップを発生させるステップと、
g)第2層を除熱した後第2層上に第3層をモールドするステップと、
を有し、第2支持プレートの厚みにより第2ギャップの大きさ及び第3層の厚みが決まる方法。 - 請求項14記載の方法であって、更に、全ての支持プレートがツールから除去されるまで更なる層をモールドすることでモールド多層プラスチック部品を製造するステップを有する方法。
- 請求項15記載の方法であって、そのテストプラークが0.5mm〜5mm厚である方法。
- 請求項1乃至14のうちいずれか一項記載の方法で製造される肉厚プラスチック部品であって、その寸法が65mm×100mm×100mmのブロックである肉厚プラスチック部品。
- 請求項17記載の肉厚プラスチック部品であって、そのブロックが透明である肉厚プラスチック部品。
- 請求項17又は18記載の肉厚プラスチック部品であって、そのブロックがプロトタイプサンプルである肉厚プラスチック部品。
- 射出成形機で使用されるツールであって、
ある厚みのあるプラスチック層がその上にモールドされる可動内コアと、
可動内コア上にプラスチック素材を射出することでプラスチック層をモールドするインジェクションノズルと、
可動内コアに連結されたイジェクタプレートと、
それぞれある厚みがあり可動な複数枚の支持プレートと、
を備え、可動な支持プレートがイジェクタプレートの後方にあり、モールドされるプラスチック層の厚みがその支持プレートのうち対応する1枚で決まるツール。 - 請求項20記載のツールであって、その可動内コアがアンダーカットを有し、射出されたプラスチック素材がそのアンダーカット上に直に堆積することで同アンダーカット上にモールド層が直に形成されるツール。
- 請求項20又は21記載のツールであって、インジェクションロッドの使用及びそれに続くインジェクションロッドの引き出しで支持プレートを除去することにより、可動な支持プレートをイジェクトさせるツール。
