Abstract
Description
(i)式AxOy z-の遷移金属オキシアニオン(式中、「x」は1〜18の整数、例えば7または8であり;「y」は4〜42の整数、例えば24または26であり;「z」は1〜12の整数、例えば4または6であり;「A」はMo(モリブデン)、Cr(クロム)、W(タングステン)、Va(バナジウム)からなる群から選択される遷移金属であり;好ましくは「A」はMo(モリブデン)である);
(ii)窒素原子ならびにOH、COOH、NH2、NHC1〜5アルキルおよびN(C1〜5アルキル)2(2つのC1〜5アルキルは同じタイプのアルキルであっても異なるタイプのアルキルであってもよい)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの他の基を含む1、2、3または4つなどの少なくとも1つのアンモニウムカチオン;
(iii)任意選択で1つまたは複数のNH4 +カチオン;および
(iv)任意選択で1つまたは複数の水分子
を含む化合物を提供することによって、当技術分野における上記に特定した欠陥、および欠点の1つまたは複数を、単独でまたは任意に組み合わせて緩和、軽減、排除または回避することを探求する。そうした化合物は水溶性であり、したがって、透明なコーティングされた画像化可能な基材を得るのに使用することができる。
遷移金属オキシアニオンを含む化合物中のアンモニウム(NH4 +)を、窒素原子ならびにOH、COOH、NH2、NHC1〜5アルキルおよびN(C1〜5アルキル)2(2つのC1〜5アルキルは同じタイプのアルキルであっても異なるタイプのアルキルであってもよい)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの他の基を含むアンモニウムカチオンで置き換えることによって、水溶性マーキング化合物を得ることができることを見出した。アンモニウムカチオン中のこの追加の基は、マーキング化合物に水への改善された溶解性を提供することが分かった。
HNR1R2R3+ 一般式(I)
式中、R1はC2〜5アルキレンOHであり;
R2およびR3は互いに独立に、C2〜5アルキレンOH、水素、C1〜5アルキルからなる群から選択される。特に好ましいアルコール-アミンの例はトリエタノールアミンである。
以下の実施例は単なる例に過ぎず、本発明の範囲を限定するものと解釈されるべきでは全くない。むしろ、本発明は添付の特許請求の範囲のみによって限定される。
水(3000ml)を5L丸底フラスコ中で磁気的に撹拌し、37℃に加熱した。この加熱された水に、酸化モリブデン(VI)(500g、3.47mol)、塩化アンモニウム(276.85g、5.18mol)およびトリエタノールアミン(955g、6.4mol)を加えた。反応混合物を90分間にわたって90℃に加熱し、次いで3時間かけて40℃に自冷させた。次いで冷却された反応混合物を、イソプロピルアルコール(6000ml)を含む10L容器に注加した。混合物を十分に撹拌し、次いで20℃で終夜静置させた。翌朝、大量の白色結晶が生成していた。反応混合液をデカントし、結晶を真空下でろ過し、次いでオーブン中、45℃で乾燥して144℃の融点を有するテトラ-トリエタノールアンモニウムオクタモリブデート(TEA-OM;4(HN(CH2CH2OH)3)+1*Mo8O26 -4)535.5g(69%)を得た。
結晶は水に簡単に溶解して無色の溶液を生じた。
以下のものを含むインキ配合物(量は重量%である)を作製した:
1.Induprint 281(水性結合剤) 30.0
2.Glascol LS2(水性結合剤) 14.2
3.Agitan 350(界面活性剤) 0.5
4.Tyzor LA(接着促進剤) 0.5
5.DEG(遅延剤) 2.0
6.r-ITO(NIR吸収剤) 2.5
7.TEA-OM(マーキング化合物;cf.Ex.1) 50.0
8.Aerosil 200(分散助剤) 0.3
約6〜8g/m2のコート重量を供給するK2バーを備えたRK印刷プルーファを用いて、実施例2で調製したインキ配合物を以下の基材に塗布した。
未処理白色紙
クレーコート白色紙
透明なPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)フィルム
白色PETフィルム
透明なBOPP(2軸配向ポリプロピレン)フィルム
白色BOPPフィルム
ポリエチレンの薄層を表面上に押し出すことによって、印刷された基材をオーバーラミネート加工した。
すべての基材を、以下のものを用いて画像化した:
1.10,600nmの発光波長で動作する30W CO2レーザー。
2.1,550nmの発光波長で動作する10W NIRレーザー。
レーザー照射で試験したすべての基材上に黒色の画像を得た。
Claims (19)
- (i)式AxOy z-の遷移金属オキシアニオン
(式中、「x」は1〜18の整数、例えば7または8であり;「y」は4〜42の整数、例えば24または26であり;「z」は1〜12の整数、例えば4または6であり;
「A」はMo(モリブデン)、Cr(クロム)、W(タングステン)およびVa(バナジウム)からなる群から選択される遷移金属であり;好ましくは「A」はMo(モリブデン)である);
(ii)窒素原子ならびにOH、COOH、NH2、NHC1〜5アルキルおよびN(C1〜5アルキル)2(2つのC1〜5アルキルは同じタイプのアルキルであっても異なるタイプのアルキルであってもよい)からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの他の基を含む1、2、3または4つなどの少なくとも1つのアンモニウムカチオン;
(iii)任意選択で1つまたは複数のNH4 +カチオン;および
(iv)任意選択で1つまたは複数の水分子
を含む化合物。 - 前記モリブデンオキシアニオンが、オクタモリブデン酸アニオン(Mo8O26 -4)などのモリブデン酸(VI)アニオンである、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 前記アンモニウムカチオンが、アルコール-アミン、アミノ-糖またはアミノ-酸である、請求項1または2に記載の化合物。
- 前記アンモニウムカチオンが一般式(I)
HNR1R2R3+ 一般式(I)
(式中、R1はC2〜5アルキレンOHであり;
R2およびR3は互いに独立に、C2〜5アルキレンOH、水素およびC1〜5アルキルからなる群から選択される)
で表されるアルコール-アミンである、請求項3に記載の化合物。 - 前記化合物が、テトラ-トリエタノールアンモニウムオクタモリブデート((HN(CH2CH2OH)3)4 *Mo8O26)である、請求項4に記載の化合物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の化合物および水性溶媒を含む組成物。
- 水溶性または水分散性のポリマー結合剤を含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 700nm〜2500nmの範囲の波長の光を吸収する光吸収剤をさらに含む、請求項6または7に記載の組成物。
- 前記光吸収剤が、還元されたインジウムスズ酸化物である、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 5〜95重量%の水性溶媒および5〜50重量%の請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の化合物を含む、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物でコーティングされた基材。
- 紙、ボール紙、波形板紙、プラスチックフィルム、リッジ付きプラスチック部品、布地、木材、金属、ガラス、皮革、食料品または固体医薬組成物である、請求項11に記載の基材。
- 前記コーティングされた基材が、ポリエチレンなどのポリオレフィンでオーバーラミネート加工されている、請求項11または12に記載の基材。
- - 請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のコーティングされた基材を準備するステップと;
- マーキングを作り出すために、マーキングをしようとするコーティングされた基材の部分を100nm〜20,000nmの範囲の波長の光に曝露させるステップと
を含む、基材にマーキングする方法。 - 前記光を、10,000nm〜11,000nmの範囲の波長で動作するCO2レーザーまたは700〜2500nmの範囲の波長で動作するレーザー、ダイオードもしくはダイオードアレイシステムによって供給する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- - 請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のコーティングされた基材を準備するステップと;
- マーキングをしようとするコーティングされた基材の部分を、非接触式加熱または感熱式プリンターを用いて供給される接触式加熱に曝露させるステップと
を含むマーキング方法。 - 請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られるマーキングされた基材。
- 請求項1に記載の化合物を得る方法であって、
- 酸化モリブデン(VI)、塩化アンモニウムおよびトリエタノールアミンを水性溶媒に加えるステップと;
- 得られた混合物を加熱するステップと;
- 加熱された混合物をイソプロピルアルコールに加えるステップと;
- 得られた結晶を単離して前記化合物を得るステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法によって得られる化合物。
