Description

−前記少なくとも1つのプレートは、前記第1の循環カナルに配設された流体入口オリフィスと、前記第2の循環カナルに配設された流体出口オリフィスとを備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1のリブは、前記入口オリフィスの中央に対して実質的に位置合わせされ、前記少なくとも1つの第2のリブは、前記出口オリフィスの中央に対して実質的に位置合わせされる。
−前記実質的にL字状のリブは、丸みのある縁部を有する。
−前記少なくとも1つのプレートは、前記流体の流路内に突出する複数のボスを有する。
−前記少なくとも1つのプレートは、100mm以下の幅を有する。
−前記プレート対の2つのプレートは、実質的に同一である。
−前記2つのプレートは、中央リブをそれぞれ備え、第1のプレートの中央リブは、第2のプレートの対向する中央リブと接触状態にある。
−第1のプレートの前記第1のリブおよび第2のリブは、第2のプレートの対向する前記第1のリブおよび第2のリブとそれぞれ接触状態にある。
Claims (13)
- 吸気冷却用の熱交換器であって、
プレート(7)の対を組み立てることで、第1の循環カナル(23)および第2の循環カナル(25)の範囲を定めることによって形成された流体循環用の少なくとも1つの扁平チューブ(3)を備え、
前記カナル(23、25)は、前記流体の実質的にU字状の循環経路を規定するために一端で互いと連通状態になるようにされ、
少なくとも1つのプレート(7)は、全体的に実質的にL字状のものである少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)および少なくとも1つの第2のリブ(31)を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)および第2のリブ(31)は、前記第1の循環カナル(23)および前記第2の循環カナル(25)にそれぞれ配設されることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプレート(7)は、中央リブ(21)を含み、
前記中央リブ(21)は、前記第1の循環カナル(23)および第2の循環カナル(25)の範囲を定めるために、前記少なくとも1つの扁平チューブ(3)内に突出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)および第2のリブ(31)は、前記中央リブ(21)に対して対称的であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)は、前記第1のカナル(23)の幅の中央で実質的に延び、
前記少なくとも1つの第2のリブ(31)は、前記第2のカナル(25)の幅の中央で実質的に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプレート(7)は、
前記第1の循環カナル(23)に配設された流体入口オリフィス(11)と、前記第2の循環カナル(25)に配設された流体出口オリフィス(13)とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)は、前記入口オリフィス(11)の中央に対して実質的に位置合わせされ、前記少なくとも1つの第2のリブ(31)は、前記出口オリフィス(13)の中央に対して実質的に位置合わせされることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記実質的にL字状のリブ(29、31)は、丸みのある縁部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプレート(7)は、前記流体の流路内に突出する複数のボス(33)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプレート(7)は、100mm以下の幅(l)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器の扁平チューブであって、
前記扁平チューブ(3)は、プレート(7)の対を組み立てることで、第1の循環カナル(23)および第2の循環カナル(25)の範囲を定めることによって形成され、
前記カナル(23、25)は、前記流体の実質的にU字状の循環経路を規定するために一端で互いと連通状態になるようにされ、
少なくとも1つのプレート(7)は、全体的に実質的にL字状のものである少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)および少なくとも1つの第2のリブ(31)を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)および第2のリブ(31)は、前記第1の循環カナル(23)および前記第2の循環カナル(25)にそれぞれ配設されることを特徴とする扁平チューブ。 - 前記プレート対の2つのプレート(7)は、実質的に同一であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の扁平チューブ。

- 請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器の扁平チューブのプレートであって、
第1の循環カナル(23)および第2の循環カナル(25)の範囲を定め、
前記カナル(23、25)は、前記流体の実質的にU字状の循環経路を規定するために一端で互いと連通状態にあり、
前記プレート(7)は、全体的に実質的にL字状のものである少なくとも1つの第1のリブ(29)および少なくとも1つの第2のリブ(31)を含み、
