Abstract
Description
・疾病の迅速な発生進展の場合は、簡単なモニタリング後に、アンドロゲン遮断、又は
・早期のアンドロゲン遮断
である。
a.Brassica Oleracea Italica種の未発芽ブロッコリー種子を機械的に常温プレスして、部分的に脱脂されたケーキを得るステップと、
b.この種子中に含有されるグルコラファニンをスルフォラファンに加水分解するために、ステップaで得られた部分的に脱脂されたケーキを酵素加水分解して、その加水分解物を得るステップと、
c.ステップbで得られた加水分解物の脂肪及びエルカ酸の含有量を、アセトンを添加して5重量%未満の濃度まで下げることにより、ステップbで得られた加水分解物を精製するステップと、
d.この加水分解物を濾過して、脂肪及びエルカ酸の含有量を低くした濾液を回収するステップと、
e.ステップdで得られた濾液中に含有されるアセトンを蒸発させて、水相を回収するステップと、
f.ステップeで得られた水相からスルフォラファンを抽出するために、酢酸エチルを添加して、この酢酸エチル及びスルフォラファンを含有する相を回収するステップと、
g.ステップfで回収された相中に含有される酢酸エチルを蒸発させて、スルフォラファンを少なくとも30重量%含有する非水性抽出物を得るステップと、
h.ステップgで得られた非水性抽出物を、アカシアガム、マルトデキストリン及びこれらの混合物を含んでなる群から選択される多糖類支持体上で乾燥させて、粉末を得るステップと、
i.ステップhで得られた粉末のスルフォラファンの安定性を増加させるために、アカシアガム、マルトデキストリン及びこれらの混合物を含んでなる群から選択される多糖類マトリックスで被覆し、スルフォラファンを少なくとも10重量%含有する被覆された粉末を得るステップと
を含み、
本方法は、ステップgとステップhとの間でいかなる水抽出ステップを挟まずに実施される。
・ブロッコリー:Brassica Oleracea(var.Italica)の種子の非水性性抽出物。
・希釈剤:二塩基燐酸カルシウム、微結晶セルロース。
・抗凝集剤:炭酸マグネシウム、シリカ、ステアリン酸マグネシウム。
・コーティング剤:ラッカーゴム、サッカロース、二酸化チタン、ポリビニルピロリドン、蜜ろう、カルナバ・ワックス、タルク。
・着色剤:スクロース、二酸化チタン(E171)、アカシアガム(E414)、ブリリアントブルーFCF(E133)、キノリンイエロー(E104)、安息香酸ナトリウム(E211)、インジゴチン(E132)。
・PSAを減らし、腫瘍の退行を反映するか、又は
・腫瘍の進行をきわめて減速させることを可能にする。
その上、16人の患者の誰もが、この治療に何らアレルギー反応を示すことはなかった。
Claims (4)
- 前立腺癌又はその再発を治療又は予防するための組成物であって、この組成物が、有効成分、好ましくはその唯一の有効成分として、Brassica Oleracea Italica種の未発芽ブロッコリー種子の非水性抽出物を含み、この非水性抽出物が、スルフォラファンに富むとともに、アカシアガム、マルトデキストリン及びこれらの混合物を含んでなる群から選択される化合物によって被覆されており、前記組成物が、カプセル、錠剤、コーティング丸薬又はフィルムコーティング錠の形状を有するとともに、2〜200mg/日の服用量の範囲で1日に1〜3回経口投与される組成物。
- 栄養補助のために使用され、かつ2〜20mg/日の服用量の範囲で1日に1〜3回投与されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 医薬のために使用され、かつ2〜200mg/日の服用量の範囲で1日に1〜3回投与されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を調製するために、被覆化により安定化されたスルフォラファンの非水性抽出物を得る方法であって、
a.Brassica Oleracea Italica種の未発芽ブロッコリー種子を機械的に常温プレスして、部分的に脱脂されたケーキを得るステップと、
b.前記種子中に含有されるグルコラファニンをスルフォラファンに加水分解するために、ステップaで得られた前記部分的に脱脂されたケーキを酵素加水分解して、その加水分解物を得るステップと、
c.ステップbで得られた前記加水分解物の脂肪及びエルカ酸の含有量を、アセトンを添加して5重量%未満の濃度まで下げることにより、ステップbで得られた前記加水分解物を精製するステップと、
d.前記加水分解物を濾過して、脂肪及びエルカ酸の含有量を低くした濾液を回収するステップと、
e.ステップdで得られた前記濾液中に含有される前記アセトンを蒸発させて、水相を回収するステップと、
f.ステップeで得られた前記水相からスルフォラファンを抽出するために、酢酸エチルを添加して、この酢酸エチル及びスルフォラファンを含有する相を回収するステップと、
g.ステップfで回収された前記相中に含有される前記酢酸エチルを蒸発させて、スルフォラファンを少なくとも30重量%含有する非水性抽出物を得るステップと、
h.ステップgで得られた前記非水性抽出物を、アカシアガム、マルトデキストリン及びこれらの混合物を含んでなる群から選択される多糖類支持体上で乾燥させて、粉末を得るステップと、
i.ステップhで得られた前記粉末のスルフォラファンの安定性を増加させるために、アカシアガム、マルトデキストリン及びこれらの混合物を含んでなる群から選択される多糖類マトリックスで被覆し、スルフォラファンを少なくとも10重量%含有する被覆された粉末を得るステップと
を含み、
前記方法が、ステップgとステップhとの間でいかなる水抽出ステップを挟まずに実施される方法。
