Abstract
Description

b) 第1の接続要素及び第2の接続要素がテンション層と一緒に単一のニュートラルな曲げ平面を形成するように、溶融圧縮成形によって、第1の端部に第1の接続要素を接続するとともに第2の端部に第2の接続要素を接続するステップと、
c) 第2の接続要素から第1の接続要素を切り離すステップと、を備える。
Claims (14)
- テンション層(4)と、第1の長手方向の端での第1の端部(2)と、第2の長手方向の端での第2の端部(3)と、前記第1の端部(2)及び前記第2の端部(3)を接続するための端部接続と、を有するベルト(1)であって、
前記端部接続は、前記第1の端部(2)に取付られる第1の接続要素(21)と、前記第2の端部(3)に取付られる第2の接続要素(31)と、を備え、前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の端部接続(31)は、解除可能なように相互連結可能であるとともに、伸長抵抗材料から形成されており、
前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)の各々は、ワンピースで形成され、前記テンション層(4)と一緒に、単一のニュートラルな曲げ平面を形成することを特徴とするベルト(1)。 - 前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続(31)が、鋼、特にばね鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)が、少なくとも10GPaの弾性係数、特に、少なくとも190GPaの弾性係数を有する伸長抵抗材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)が、曲げ可撓性材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記テンション層(4)及び前記指要素(22と32)が、それぞれ、前記第1の端部(2)及び前記第2の端部(3)の領域に指状に互いに係合するように、前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)の各々が、前記第1の端部(2)及び前記第2の端部(3)に指状に埋め込まれた少なくとも1つの指要素(22,32)をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記テンション層(4)が、複数のテンションキャリア、特にテンションケーブルを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)が、前記第1の端部(2)及び前記第2の端部(3)に改善されたアンカー固定のための突出部(26,36)及び/又は凹部(27,37)をそれぞれ備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1つに記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記第1の接続要素(21)は第1のアイレットを持った第1の結合要素(23)を有し、前記第2の接続要素(31)は第2のアイレットを持った第2の結合要素(33)を有し、前記第1の結合要素(23)及び前記第2の結合要素(33)は、互いの間で係合する第1のアイレット及び第2のアイレットを通して渡すことができるヒンジロッド(5)によって相互連結可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記ベルト(1)が歯付きのベルトであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記ベルト(1)が、前記端部接続の領域において連続した歯部(8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記歯部(8)が、前記端部接続の領域において分割された歯(81)を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のベルト(1)。
- 前記ベルト(1)が、前記テンション層(4)及び前記端部接続とは別に、少なくとも部分的に熱可塑性の材料から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1つに記載のベルト(1)。
- テンション層(4)と、第1の長手方向の端での第1の端部(2)と、第2の長手方向の端での第2の端部(3)と、前記第1の端部(2)及び前記第2の端部(3)を接続するための端部接続と、を有するベルト(1)であって、前記端部接続が、前記第1の端部(2)に取付られる第1の接続要素(21)と、前記第2の端部(3)に取付られる第2の接続要素(31)と、を備え、前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)の各々が、伸長抵抗材料からワンピースで形成され、解除可能なように相互連結可能であり、前記テンション層(4)と一緒に、単一のニュートラルな曲げ平面を形成するベルト(1)の製造方法であって、
a) 前記第2の接続要素(31)に前記第1の接続要素(21)を接続するステップと、
b) 前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)が、前記テンション層(4)と一緒に、単一のニュートラルな曲げ平面を形成するように、溶融圧縮成形によって、前記第1の端部(2)に前記第1の接続要素(21)を接続するとともに前記第2の端部(3)に前記第2の接続要素(31)を接続するステップと、
c) 前記第2の接続要素(31)から前記第1の接続要素(21)を切り離すステップと、備えるベルト(1)の製造方法。 - 前記ステップb)では、前記第1の接続要素(21)及び前記第2の接続要素(31)が、熱可塑性の下側部(25,35)と熱可塑性の上側部(24,34)との間で溶融圧縮成形の前に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
