Description
本出願は2011年4月7日に出願された「Advance Loose Part Detection Algorithm (ALPDA)」と題する米国仮特許出願第61/472、651に関連し、この出願からの優先権を主張する。その開示内容は引用により本願に含まれるものとする。
Claims (8)
- 原子力発電所の蒸気発生器内の部品片の存在を非破壊的に検出する方法であって、該蒸気発生器は複数の細管を有し、
第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置で第1の信号異常を特定し(206)、第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置は蒸気発生器内の第1の発生器位置であり、
第2の細管に沿う第2の細管位置で第2の信号異常を特定し(206)、第2の細管に沿う第2の細管位置は蒸気発生器内の第2の発生器位置であり、
第1の発生器位置と第2の発生器位置が互いに所定の近接範囲にあると判定し(226)、
該判定に応答して部品片が第1及び第2の発生器位置の近傍に存在すると判定する(230)
ことを含む、原子力発電所の蒸気発生器内の部品片の存在を非破壊的に検出する方法。 - 第1及び第2の信号異常を特定するに当たり第1のタイプの検出を行い、部品片が存在すると判定すると、これに応答して、第1のタイプの検出とは異なる第2のタイプの検出による、少なくとも第1及び第2の場所のさらなる解析を指示する(234)
ことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - データストリーム及び少なくとも1つの代替データストリームを同時に生成したデータソースによって出力された該データストリームから第1及び第2の信号異常を特定し、
少なくとも1つの代替データストリームから第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置で代替的な第1の信号異常を特定し、
少なくとも1つの代替データストリームから第2の細管に沿う第2の細管位置で代替的な第2の信号異常を特定する(226)ことにより、
部品片の存在を確認する
ことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 第1の信号異常として、データストリームからの第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置についての信号と、前記データストリームからの第1の細管に沿う隣接する細管位置についての信号との間の信号変化を検出する(108)
ことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 所定の閾値に達しない信号変化を無視する(108)
ことをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - データストリームからの第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置についての信号と、前記データストリームからの第1の細管に沿う隣接する細管位置についての信号との間の信号変化を無視することをさらに含むが、
かかる信号変化を無視するのは、
第1の細管位置と前記隣接する細管位置の少なくとも一方が蒸気発生器の管板(112)に隣接して位置し、
データストリームが、複数の細管のうちの少なくとも実質的に少数である細管の各々が同様の場所で同様の信号異常を有することを示す(214)場合である、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 第1の細管位置と前記隣接する細管位置の少なくとも一方が蒸気発生器の管板(112)に隣接する場合、
以前のデータストリームからの第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置についての以前の信号と該以前のデータストリームからの第1の細管に沿う前記隣接する細管位置についての以前の信号との間の履歴信号変化を検索し、
上記信号変化から履歴信号変化を差し引いて正味の信号変化を生成し(120)、
正味の信号変化を第1の信号異常として用いる
ことをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 第1の信号異常として、データストリームからの第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置についての信号と以前のデータストリームからの第1の細管に沿う第1の細管位置についての信号との間の信号変化を検出する
ことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
