Abstract
Description

- 前記陽極材料及び陰極材料のうちの少なくとも一方の化学的状態は、前記陽極及び陰極材料の導入後、塩を前記下位組立体のそれぞれに加えることによって化学的に変換される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記陽極材料及び陰極材料のうちの少なくとも一方は、粉体物質として前記下位組立体のそれぞれに導入される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記粉体物質の導入後、電解質を前記下位組立体のそれぞれに加える工程をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記陽極又は陰極半固体が前記第1及び第2のマニフォルドに入る前、前記第1及び第2の下位組立体の温度を上げる工程をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記陽極及び陰極材料のうちの少なくとも一方は泡として導入される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 静的セルエネルギー貯蔵システムを製造する方法であって、
(a)静的セルを提供する工程であって、前記静的セルは、陽極半固体を収容する第1の下位組立体及び陰極半固体を収容する第2の下位組立体を有し、前記第1の下位組立体は、前記陽極半固体を受容する1つ又は複数の第1の開口部を含み、前記第2の下位組立体は、前記陰極半固体を受容する1つ又は複数の第2の開口部を含む、工程と、
(b)前記陽極半固体を前記第1の下位組立体に送るように構成された第1のマニフォルドに前記静的セルを接続する工程と、
(c)前記陰極半固体を前記第2の下位組立体に送るように構成された第2のマニフォルドに前記静的セルを接続する工程と、
(d)前記第1及び第2のマニフォルドを通して前記第1及び第2の下位組立体に陽極及び陰極半固体を移送する工程と、
(e)前記第1及び第2のマニフォルドを取り外して、前記第1及び第2の開口部を封止する工程と、を含む、方法。
