Claims (20)
- 電極組立体を収容するケースを密封するためのキャッププレートであって、
前記電極組立体を覆うカバー部と、
前記カバー部から第1方向に沿ってオフセットされて、第1の厚さを有する支持部と、
前記カバー部と前記支持部とを連結し、前記第1の厚さより厚い加工厚さを有する強度補強部と、
を備え、
前記第1の厚さ及び加工厚さは、前記第1方向に沿って測定されることを特徴とするキャッププレート。 - 前記支持部は、前記カバー部よりケースの底部からさらに遠く離れていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。
- 前記強度補強部は、前記カバー部と前記支持部との間で斜線方向に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。
- 前記カバー部は、前記第1方向に沿って測定された第2の厚さを有し、
前記第2の厚さは、前記加工厚さより薄いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。 - 前記強度補強部は、前記カバー部の全体外周に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。
- 前記支持部は、前記カバー部の全体外周に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のキャッププレート。
- 前記カバー部は、相互対向する長辺部と短辺部を含み、
前記強度補強部は、少なくとも前記長辺部に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。 - 前記支持部は、前記カバー部の全体外周に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のキャッププレート。
- 前記カバー部には、安全ベントが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。
- 前記強度補強部は、相互対向する上面と下面を含み、
前記加工厚さは、前記第1方向に沿う強度補強部の上面と下面との離隔の最小値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。 - 前記強度補強部は、相互対向する上面と下面を含み、
前記加工厚さは、前記第1方向に沿う強度補強部の上面と下面との離隔の平均値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。 - 前記強度補強部は、前記カバー部と前記支持部との間で非線形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャッププレート。
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースを密封するためのキャッププレートと、
を備え、
前記キャッププレートは、
前記電極組立体を覆うカバー部と、
前記カバー部から第1方向に沿ってオフセットされて、第1の厚さを有する支持部と、
前記カバー部と支持部とを連結し、前記第1の厚さより厚い加工厚さを有する強度補強部と、を有し、
前記第1の厚さ及び加工厚さは、第1方向に測定されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記支持部は、前記カバー部よりケースの底部からさらに遠く離れていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記強度補強部は、前記カバー部と前記支持部との間で斜線方向に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カバー部は、前記第1方向に沿って測定された第2の厚さを有し、
前記第2の厚さは、前記加工厚さより薄いことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。 - 前記強度補強部は、前記カバー部の全体外周に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カバー部は、相互対向する長辺部と短辺部を含み、
前記強度補強部は、少なくとも前記長辺部に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。 - 前記支持部は、前記ケースに固定されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持部は、前記ケースの内側面に固定されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の二次電池。
