Abstract
【解決手段】需要家の保有する負荷機器それぞれに対する複数の制御指示と、該制御指示に各々対応付けられた電力削減予測量とを含む制御指示効果情報を格納する記憶部101と、電力削減指示をEMSサーバから取得する指示取得部102と、前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる電力削減予測量に基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成する制御指示作成部103と、前記組合せに係る複数の制御指示を実行する制御部104と、を備えることを特徴とする。

需要家の保有する負荷機器それぞれに対する複数の制御指示と、該制御指示に各々対応付けられた電力削減予測量とを含む制御指示効果情報を格納する記憶部と、
電力削減指示をEMSサーバから取得する指示取得部と、
前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる電力削減予測量に基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成する制御指示作成部と、
前記組合せに係る複数の制御指示を実行する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする。
前記指示取得部が、いずれかの負荷機器に対する具体的動作指示をEMSサーバから取得した場合、指定された負荷機器に対し、指定された動作に応じた制御を行うよう指示することを特徴とする。
前記制御指示効果情報がさらに、前記制御指示に各々対応付けられた応答時間を含み、
前記制御指示作成部はさらに、前記指示取得部が前記電力削減指示を取得した時間から算出されるデマンド残り時間と、前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる応答時間とに基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成することを特徴とする。
前記電力制御装置は、前記制御指示効果情報を前記EMSサーバから取得して前記記憶部に記憶することを特徴とする。
それぞれの制御指示には優先順位が付されており、
前記制御指示作成部はさらに、稼働中の負荷機器に関する制御指示のうち、前記優先順位の上位のものの組合せから、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成することを特徴とする。
複数の制御指示と、該制御指示に各々対応付けられた電力削減予測量とを含む制御指示効果情報を格納する記憶ステップと、
電力削減指示をEMSサーバから取得する指示取得ステップと、
前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる電力削減予測量に基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成する制御指示作成ステップと、
前記組合せに係る複数の制御指示を実行するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする。
電力制御装置と、EMSサーバとを備える電力制御システムであって、
前記EMSサーバは、電力削減指示を生成し、
前記電力制御装置は、複数の制御指示と、該制御指示に各々対応付けられた電力削減予測量とを含む制御指示効果情報を格納し、
前記電力制御装置はさらに、前記電力削減指示を前記EMSサーバから取得し、前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる電力削減予測量に基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成し、
前記電力制御装置はさらに、前記組合せに係る複数の制御指示を実行することを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 需要家の保有する負荷機器それぞれに対する複数の制御指示と、該制御指示に各々対応付けられた電力削減予測量とを含む制御指示効果情報を格納する記憶部と、
電力削減指示をEMSサーバから取得する指示取得部と、
前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる電力削減予測量に基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成する制御指示作成部と、
前記組合せに係る複数の制御指示を実行する制御部と、
を備える電力制御装置。 - 前記指示取得部が、いずれかの負荷機器に対する具体的動作指示をEMSサーバから取得した場合、指定された負荷機器に対し、指定された動作に応じた制御を行うよう指示することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電力制御装置。
- 前記制御指示効果情報はさらに、前記制御指示に各々対応付けられた応答時間を含み、
前記制御指示作成部はさらに、前記指示取得部が前記電力削減指示を取得した時間から算出されるデマンド残り時間と、前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる応答時間とに基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電力制御装置。 - 前記電力制御装置は、前記制御指示効果情報を前記EMSサーバから取得して前記記憶部に記憶することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電力制御装置。
- それぞれの制御指示には優先順位が付されており、
前記制御指示作成部はさらに、稼働中の負荷機器に関する制御指示のうち、前記優先順位の上位のものの組合せから、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電力制御装置。 - 複数の制御指示と、該制御指示に各々対応付けられた電力削減予測量とを含む制御指示効果情報を格納する記憶ステップと、
電力削減指示をEMSサーバから取得する指示取得ステップと、
前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる電力削減予測量に基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成する制御指示作成ステップと、
前記組合せに係る複数の制御指示を実行するステップと、
を含む電力制御方法。 - 電力制御装置と、EMSサーバとを備える電力制御システムであって、
前記EMSサーバは、電力削減指示を生成し、
前記電力制御装置は、複数の制御指示と、該制御指示に各々対応付けられた電力削減予測量とを含む制御指示効果情報を格納し、
前記電力制御装置はさらに、前記電力削減指示を前記EMSサーバから取得し、前記制御指示効果情報に含まれる電力削減予測量に基づき、前記電力削減指示を満たす制御指示の組合せを作成し、
前記電力制御装置はさらに、前記組合せに係る複数の制御指示を実行することを特徴とする電力制御システム。
