Abstract
Description

この実施形態では、中塗混合物168の骨材は、2種類のサイズの砂、即ち、20粒度砂及び30粒度砂で作られる。理解されるべきこととして、これよりも大きな又はこれよりも小さなバッチは、成分測定値を比例して増減することによって構成できる。ガラス繊維メッシュ170が中塗混合物168を内側下塗層162に塗布しているときに且つ中塗混合物168が依然として濡れている状態で、中塗混合物168の中に埋め込まれる。この混合物は、優れた構造的健全性、水や天候に対する保護作用及び必要にて別の表面被覆材を被着させるための表面最適条件を提供することが判明した。中塗混合物168を特定の構造的使用のための他の成分から構成できることは理解されるべきである。

フッタインターロック要素194は、多種多様な形態を取ることができる。幾つかの実施形態では、フッタインターロック要素154は、フッタ溝である。幾つかの実施形態では、フッタインターロック要素194は、舌部又は溝以外の形態をしている。
図24〜図27は、本発明の建築パネルの別の実施形態を示している。図24は、本発明の建築パネル312の斜視図である。図25は、図24の建築パネル312のコア358の斜視図である。図26は、図24の建築パネル312の横断面図であり、図27は、その縦断面図である。建築パネル312は、本発明の建築パネル312の骨組330への接近手段となるよう接近溝形材280を用いている。骨組330への接近手段は、多くの目的で利用できる。幾つかの実施形態では、骨組330への接近手段は、建設パネル312を他の構造体、例えば床、壁又は他の建築パネルに相互に連結するために用いられる。
Claims (20)
- 建築パネルであって、前面、後面及び側面を備えたコアと、前記前面又は前記後面の少なくとも一部分を覆っている被覆材とを備え、
前記被覆材は、内側下塗層及び外側主中塗層を備え、
前記外側主中塗層は、セメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤、ガラス繊維ストランド及びガラス繊維メッシュを更に備える、建築パネル。 - 前記内側下塗層は、少なくとも2つの層を備え、
該層は、本質的にセメント、骨材及びアクリル系結合剤から成る第1の下塗層A及びセメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤、ガラス繊維ストランド及びガラス繊維メッシュを有する第2の下塗層Bを備える、請求項1記載の建築パネル。 - 前記内側下塗層は、金網を含む、請求項1記載の建築パネル。
- 前記外側主中塗層骨材は、パーライトを含む、請求項1記載の建築パネル。
- 前記外側主中塗層骨材は、砂を含む、請求項1記載の建築パネル。
- 前記コアは、骨組と、前記骨組に結合された1つ又は2つ以上の断熱構造ブロックとを備える、請求項2記載の建築パネル。
- 前記断熱構造ブロックは、発泡ポリスチレンフォームで構成されている、請求項6記載の建築パネル。
- 前記骨組は、前記1つ又は2つ以上の断熱構造ブロック内に埋め込まれている、請求項6記載の建築パネル。
- 建築パネル構造体であって、
建築パネル溝を備えた建築パネルと、
一体形フッタ舌部を備えたフッタとを有し、前記建築パネル溝は、前記フッタ舌部に結合されている、建築パネル構造体。 - 前記フッタ及び前記フッタ舌部は、コンクリートで作られている、請求項9記載の建築パネル構造体。
- 前記建築パネルは、
前面、後面及び側面を備えたコアと、
前記前面又は前記後面の少なくとも一部分を覆っている被覆材とを更に備える、請求項10記載の建築パネル構造体。 - 前記コアに結合された軌道を更に備え、前記軌道は、側部の一部分を覆っているベース部分と、前記ベース部分内に形成された雨水ドレン溝形材とを備える、請求項11記載の建築パネル構造体。
- 前記軌道は、シールスペーサ溝形材を更に備える、請求項12記載の建築パネル構造体。
- 前記軌道は、スクリード境界部を更に備える、請求項13記載の建築パネル構造体。
- 前記コアは、骨組と、前記骨組に結合された1つ又は2つ以上の断熱構造ブロックとを含む、請求項2記載の建築パネル構造体。
- 前記被覆材は、
内側下塗層を備え、前記内側下塗層は、
本質的にセメント、骨材及びアクリル系結合剤から成る第1の下塗層A及びセメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤、ガラス繊維ストランド及びガラス繊維メッシュを有する第2の下塗層Bを含み、
外側主中塗層を有し、前記外側主中塗層は、セメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤、ガラス繊維ストランド及びガラス繊維メッシュを含む、請求項15記載の建築パネル構造体。 - 建築パネル構造体を形成する方法であって、
骨組及び1つ又は2つ以上の断熱構造ブロックを用いてコアを形成するステップと、
内側下塗層を前記コアの一部分に貼り付けるステップと、
外側主中塗層を前記内側下塗層に被着させるステップとを備え、前記外側主中塗層は、セメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤、ガラス繊維ストランド及びガラス繊維メッシュを含む、方法。 - 内側下塗層を前記コアの一部分に貼り付けるステップは、
セメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤及び水を含む第1の下塗層A混合物を作るステップと、
前記第1の下塗層A混合物を前記コアの一部分に吹き付けるステップと、
前記第1の下塗層A混合物が硬化することができるようにするステップと、
セメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤、ガラス繊維ストランド及び水を含む第2の下塗層B中塗混合物を作るステップと、
前記第2の下塗層B中塗混合物を前記第1の下塗層A上にこて塗りするステップと、
前記第2の下塗層B中塗混合物がまだ濡れている状態で、ガラス繊維メッシュを前記第2の下塗層B中塗混合物中に埋め込むステップと、
前記第2の下塗層B中塗混合物が硬化することができるようにするステップとを更に含む、請求項17記載の方法。 - 外側主中塗層を前記内側下塗層に被着させるステップは、
セメント、骨材、アクリル系結合剤、ガラス繊維ストランド及び水を含む主中塗層中塗混合物を作るステップと、
前記主中塗層中塗混合物を前記内側下塗層上にこて塗りするステップと、
前記主中塗層中塗混合物が依然として濡れている状態で、ガラス繊維メッシュを前記主中塗層中塗混合物中に埋め込むステップと、
前記主中塗層中塗混合物が硬化することができるようにするステップとを更に含む、請求項17記載の方法。 - 前記主中塗層中塗混合物骨材は、20粒度砂及び30粒度砂を含む、請求項19記載の方法。
