Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- HIFUトランスデューサであって、
患者に面する前面及び背面を持つ圧電材料の層を備える圧電アレイであって、前記前面が、送信面を持つ、圧電アレイと、
前記圧電アレイに電気信号を適用するため、前記圧電材料の前面及び背面に配置される複数の電極と、
前記圧電材料の層を通り延在し、前記圧電アレイの前面の電極に対して前記背面の電極を電気的に接続する非磁性導電性ビアとを有する、HIFUトランスデューサ。 - 前記非磁性導電性ビアが、導電性エポキシで充填される前記圧電材料の層を通る穴を更に有する、請求項1に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記導電性エポキシが、銀のエポキシを更に有する、請求項2に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記圧電アレイの前面の電極が、参照電位電極を更に有する、請求項1に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記参照電位電極が、前記アレイの患者に面する前面の全体を実質的に覆う、請求項4に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 送信電極を有する複数の電極が、前記アレイの前記背面に配置され、
前記送信電極は、参照電位電極により囲まれる、請求項4に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。 - 前記前面の参照電位電極に前記背面の参照電位電極を電気的に結合する複数の導電性ビアを更に有する、請求項6に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記アレイの背面の参照電位電極に対して参照電位を提供するよう結合されるプリント回路基板を更に有する、請求項1に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記プリント回路基板が、前記アレイの背面の送信電極に対して送信信号を提供するよう更に結合される、請求項8に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記圧電材料の層が、非導電性行列に埋め込まれるセラミック要素の複合体を更に有し、
前記ビアは、1つ又は複数のセラミック要素を通り延在する、請求項1に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。 - 前記導電性ビアが、前記前面の電極に対する唯一の電気接続を更に有する、請求項4に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記導電性ビアが、前記前面の電極と前記背面の電極領域を電気的に結合する複数の導電性ビアを更に有する、請求項11に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記圧電アレイが、複数の圧電タイルを更に有し、各圧電タイルは、前記タイルの前面の電極領域と前記タイルの背面の電極領域を電気的に結合する少なくとも1つのビアを持つ、請求項1に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
- 前記タイルの前面に結合され、前記タイルの前面の電極領域を電気的に接続する金属被覆を持つ整合層を更に有する、請求項13に記載のHIFUトランスデューサ。
