本発明は煙道ガス分布の分野に関する。
Claims (20)
- 煙道ガスがそれを通してほぼ上流側から下流側へと移動する長手寸法と、この長手寸法に直交し高速度ゾーンと低速度ゾーンとを有する断面とを備える吸収領域、
前記高速度ゾーンにおいて、この高速度ゾーンを通る流れを減少させ前記低速度ゾーンを通る流れを増大させるように配設された、非密集配置された複数の少なくとも第1と第2の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクト、及び、
前記吸収領域内へ前記第1と第2の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトの少なくとも一つの下流側に吸収材を噴霧する噴霧装置、を有する煙道ガス吸収装置。 - 前記第1の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトは幾何学的形状を有する請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- 前記第1の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトは非幾何学的形状を有する請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- 前記第1の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトはディスクを含む請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- 前記第1の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトは金属から形成される請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- 前記第1の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトと第2の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトとはいずれも前記低速度ゾーンには配設されない請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- 石灰石スラリを含む請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- SOXとNOXとの少なくとも一方と化学反応する組成物を含む請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- 前記第1の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトは、前記高速度ゾーンの面積の30%未満を占める表面積を形成する請求項1に記載の煙道ガス吸収装置。
- 煙道ガス脱硫吸収装置における吸収効率を改善する方法であって、以下の工程、
前記吸収装置内の煙道ガスの高速度ゾーンと低速度ゾーンとを識別する工程、及び
前記高速度ゾーンと低速度ゾーンとの内部での流速を均一化するべく計算された方法で前記高速度ゾーン内に複数の非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトを配置する工程、を含む方法。 - 前記高速度ゾーンと低速度ゾーンとを識別する工程は、少なくとも二つの前記高速度ゾーンと少なくとも二つの前記低速度ゾーンとを同定する工程を含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記高速度ゾーンと低速度ゾーンとを識別する工程は、前記吸収装置内で、ガス流速を測定するための複数のセンサを配置する工程を含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記高速度ゾーンと低速度ゾーンとを識別する工程は、流体力学計算解析ソフトウエアプログラムを実行する工程を含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記非トレー型ディフューザ・オブジェクトを配置する工程は、これらオブジェクトの好適な配向を計算するべく流体力学計算解析ソフトウエアプログラムを使用する工程を含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 煙道ガス脱硫吸収装置のための煙道ガスディフューザ・オブジェクトであって、以下の、
前記吸収装置内で高煙道ガス速度ゾーンを拡散するように構成されたディフューザ・オブジェクト、
前記ディフューザ・オブジェクトに接続された長手部材、及び、
前記長手部材に接続されるとともに前記ディフューザ・オブジェクトを前記吸収装置のコンポーネントに取り付けるように構成されたファスナ、を含む煙道ガスディフューザ・オブジェクト。 - 前記ファスナはc−クランプを含む請求項15に記載の煙道ガスディフューザ・オブジェクト。
- 前記ファスナは一つのネジと複数のネジ穴とを含む請求項15に記載の煙道ガスディフューザ・オブジェクト。
- 前記ディフューザ・オブジェクトは、幾何学的形状を有する請求項15に記載の煙道ガスディフューザ・オブジェクト。
- 前記長手部材は調節可能な長さを有する請求項15に記載の煙道ガスディフューザ・オブジェクト。
- 前記コンポーネントはノズルを含む請求項15に記載の煙道ガスディフューザ・オブジェクト。
