Abstract
【解決手段】内部チャンバ42を有するハウジング組立体40と、内部チャンバと連通する流体流入口64と、ハウジング組立体から延びるアクチュエータ棒とを備えている。このアクチュエータ棒52は、内部チャンバの中へまたは内部チャンバから外へ流れる流体の流入または流出に応じて移動可能となっている。内部チャンバの中へおよび内部チャンバから外へ流れる流体の流量を制御するために、かかる装置は、ハウジング組立体の流体流入口64と連通する流体制御弁32を備えている。この流体制御弁は、ハウジング組立体の内部チャンバの中へ流入する流体の流量を制限するように構成されている。

Claims (19)
- 内部チャンバ、流体流入口およびアクチュエータ棒を有するハウジング組立体であって、前記流体流入口が前記内部チャンバと連通し、前記アクチュエータ棒が前記ハウジング組立体から延びているハウジング組立体と、
前記ハウジング組立体の前記流入口と連通する流体制御弁とを備えており、
前記アクチュエータ棒が、前記内部チャンバの中への流体の流入またはそこからの流体の流出に応じて移動可能となっており、
前記流体制御弁が、前記ハウジング組立体の前記内部チャンバの中へ流れる流体の流量を制限するようにおよび前記ハウジング組立体の前記内部チャンバからの流体の自由な流れを可能にするように構成されてなる、装置。 - 前記流体制御弁が前記ハウジング組立体と一体的に形成されてなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記内部チャンバを前記流体流入口と連通する第一のチャンバと前記アクチュエータ棒が内部を貫通する第二のチャンバとに分割するダイヤフラムを有してなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラムが前記流体流入口の方向に向けて付勢されてなる、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラムがバネにより付勢されてなる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ棒に作用可能に結合される動作レバーを有する自閉式停止弁をさらに備えてなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内部チャンバの中へ流入する流体の制限された流量が、前記内部チャンバから自由に流出する流体の流量よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が過流防止弁である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が制限付き逃がし弁である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第一の動作位置および第二の動作位置を有する自閉式停止弁と、
前記自閉式停止弁を前記第一の動作位置と前記第二の動作位置との間で移動させるように構成されたアクチュエータとを備えており、該アクチュエータが、
内部チャンバ、流体流入口およびアクチュエータ棒を有するハウジング組立体であって、前記流体流入口が前記内部チャンバと連通し、前記アクチュエータ棒が前記ハウジング組立体から延びているハウジング組立体と、
前記ハウジング組立体の前記流入口と連通する流体制御弁とを有しており、
前記アクチュエータ棒が、前記内部チャンバの中への流体の流入またはそこからの流体の流出に応じて移動可能となっており、
前記流体制御弁が、前記ハウジング組立体の前記内部チャンバの中へ流入する流体の流量を制御するようにおよび前記ハウジング組立体の前記内部チャンバからの流体の実質的に自由な流出を可能とするように構成されてなる、流体制御装置。 - 前記アクチュエータが、前記自閉式停止弁を前記第二の動作位置から前記第一の動作位置へ移動させるよりも遅い速度で前記自閉式停止弁を前記第一の動作位置から前記第二の動作位置へ移動させるように構成されてなる、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が前記ハウジング組立体と一体的に形成されてなる、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記内部チャンバを前記流体流入口と連通する第一のチャンバと前記アクチュエータ棒が内部を貫通する第二のチャンバとに分割するダイヤフラムを有してなる、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラムが前記流体流入口の方向に向けて付勢されてなる、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記自閉式停止弁を前記第一の動作位置と前記第二の動作位置との間で移動させるように構成された動作レバーをさらに備えてなる、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記動作レバーが前記アクチュエータ棒に作用可能に結合されてなる、請求項15に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記内部チャンバの中へ流入する流体の流量が前記内部チャンバから流出する流体の流量よりも小さい、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が過流防止弁である、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御弁が制限付き逃がし弁である、請求項10に記載の流体制御装置。
