Abstract
【解決手段】室内に空気流を発生させる送風機組立体は、インペラ及びインペラを駆動して空気流を送風機組立体に引き込むモータ、及びスクロール入口部分からスクロール出口部分に向かって減少する断面積をもつスクロール部分を有する内部通路を含むケーシングを備える。スクロール入口部分は、空気流を受け入れる入口ポートを備え、スクロール出口部分は、空気流の第1の部分をケーシングに噴出させる出口ポートを備える。スクロール部分は、空気流の第2の部分をケーシングから噴出させる空気出口を有する。ケーシングは、ボアを形成し、ボアによって送風機組立体の外部からの空気が空気出口から噴出される空気によって引き込まれる。

Claims (21)
- 室内に空気流を発生させる送風機組立体であって、前記送風機組立体は、
インペラ及び該インペラを駆動して空気流を前記送風機組立体に引き込むモータと、
スクロール入口部分からスクロール出口部分に向かって減少する断面積をもつスクロール部分を有する内部通路を含むケーシングと、を備え、
前記スクロール入口部分は、前記空気流を受け入れる入口ポートを備え、前記スクロール出口部分は、前記空気流の第1の部分を前記ケーシングに噴出させる出口ポートを備え、前記スクロール部分は、前記空気流の第2の部分を前記ケーシングから噴出させる少なくとも1つの空気出口を有し、
前記ケーシングは、ボアを形成し、前記ボアを通って前記送風機組立体の外部からの空気が前記少なくとも1つの空気出口から噴出される前記空気によって引き込まれる、送風機組立体。 - 前記出口ポートは、前記空気流の第1の部分を前記内部通路に噴出させるよう構成される、請求項1に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記出口ポートは、前記空気流の第1の部分を前記スクロール入口部分に向かって噴出させるよう構成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記出口ポートは、前記第1の部分を前記スクロール入口部分に戻すように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記出口ポートは前記入口ポートに隣接して配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記入口ポート及び出口ポートは実質的に同一平面にある、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記スクロール部分は、略矩形断面を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記内部通路は、前記スクロール部分の上流に配置される入口部分を備え、更に、前記空気流が前記送風機組立体に引き込まれる少なくとも1つの空気出口を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記入口部分は、前記スクロール部分の少なくとも一部の周りに延びる、請求項8に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラ及びモータは、前記入口部分の中に配置される、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記入口部分は、前記インペラ及び前記モータを収容するインペラハウジング部分、及び前記少なくとも1つの空気入口から前記インペラハウジング部分まで延びる導管部分を備える、請求項10に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラハウジング部分は、スクロール出口部分に隣接して配置される、請求項11に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記導管部分はスクロール部分の周りに延びる、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記導管部分はアーチ形の形状である、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラはインペラ軸の周りに回転可能であり、前記ボアはボア軸を有し、前記ボア軸は前記インペラ軸と実質的に直交する、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラは、軸流インペラ及び混流インペラのうちの1つである、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記インペラの下流に配置されるディフューザを備える、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記スクロール部分は、前記ボアを形成する第1の環状側壁、前記第1の側壁の周りに延びる第2の側壁、前記側壁の間に延びる上壁、及び前記上壁の反対側に配置される下壁を備える、請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記第1の側壁と前記第2の側壁との間の半径方向の間隔は、前記ボアの周りで変化する、請求項18に記載の送風機組立体
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気出口は、前記下壁と前記第2の側壁との間に配置される、請求項18又は請求項19に記載の送風機組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空気出口は円形スロットを備える、請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載の送風機組立体。
