Abstract
【解決手段】 本装置(2)は、画像撮影機(12)及びその後に配置された評価機器(14)と画像を伝送できるように接続された全視界方式の光学系(10)を備えている。更に、本装置(2)は、光学系(10)によって検出される内面(4)の撮影範囲を照明する光源(18)を備えた照明機器(16)を有する。本発明では、照明機器(16)の発光部材と偏光部材の一方又は両方(20,20’)が少なくとも一つ光学系(10)のレンズ(22)、特に、視野レンズ(22)に配置されている。

Claims (18)
- 画像撮影機及びその後に配置された評価機器と画像を伝送できるように接続された光学系と、この光学系により検出される内面の撮影範囲を照明する光源を備えた照明機器とを有する、加工物内の中空空間の内面を撮影する装置において、
この光学系のレンズ(22)が、照明機器(16)の発光部材と偏光部材の一方又は両方(20,20’)を少なくとも一つ装着していることを特徴とする装置。 - 当該の発光部材と偏光部材の一方又は両方(20,20’)が、内面(4)の撮影に用いられる光学系(10)の視野の外に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該の発光部材と偏光部材の一方又は両方(20,20’)が、光学系(10)のレンズ(22)の頂点(28)の領域又は頂点(28)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 当該の発光部材と偏光部材の一方又は両方(20,20’)が、光学系(10)の光軸(20)又は光軸(20)の領域に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の発光部材と偏光部材の一方又は両方(20,20’)が、光学系(10)の遠端(32)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の偏光部材(20)が、少なくとも一つのミラー(34)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の発光部材(20)が、エネルギー供給手段(62)を配備された光源素子(60)であることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該のエネルギー供給手段(62)が、無線方式により光源素子(60)にエネルギーを伝送可能なように、或いはエネルギーを伝送するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 当該のエネルギー供給手段(62)が、少なくとも一つの誘導コイル機器(66)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 当該の誘導コイル機器(66)の少なくとも一つのコイルが、内面(4)の撮影に用いられる光学系(10)の視野の外に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 当該のコイルが、受信コイル(70)であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 当該の光源素子(60)が、少なくとも一つのエネルギー供給配線(64,64’)を介してエネルギー供給手段(62)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該のエネルギー供給配線(64,64’)を光源素子(60)と電気的に接続するための電極( 72,72’)が、光学的に透明な材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの電極( 72,72’)が、光学系(10)のレンズ(22)のコーティング部(74)を構成することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 当該の発光部材(20)が、電磁放射線による励起によって光を発生させる少なくとも一つの発光体(76)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から14までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 撮影範囲の第一の軸方向の区間を明視野照明により、それと同時に第一の軸方向の区間に対して間隔を開けた撮影範囲の第二の軸方向の区間を暗視野照明により照明可能なように、或いは照明するように、当該の照明機器(16)が、光学系(10)に対して相対的に配置されるとともに、その光路が選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から15までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の光学系(10)が、全視界方式の光学系であることを特徴とする請求項1から16までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 当該の発光部材と偏光部材の一方又は両方(20,20’)を少なくとも一つ装着したレンズ(22)が、光学系(10)の視野レンズ(22)であることを特徴とする請求項1から17までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
