0.88gのAgNO3を1.00gのH2Oおよび25gのIPAに溶解し、溶液を13.18gのTPTおよび6gのIPAを含有するTPT溶液中に添加した。RTで18分間撹拌後、30gのトルエンをフラスコ中に添加した。シラノール含有オルガノシロキサン溶液を、3.65gのフェニルメチルジメトキシシラン、1.99gのフェニルトリメトキシシラン、10gのトルエン、および1.36gの0.1MのHNO3を混合し、混合物を30分間超音波処理することにより調製した。シラノール含有オルガノシロキサン溶液を250mlフラスコ中に添加し、溶液は暗褐色になった。撹拌をRTで3.5時間続けた。5.0gのIPA中の0.50gのH2Oを溶液に添加した。用いたH2Oの総量はすべてのアルコキシ基の完全な加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な水の量の120%だった。RTで2時間撹拌後、回転蒸発器を用いて溶媒を除去した。生成物のGPC分析において未反応前駆体の兆候は見られない。生成物は、酢酸ブチル、アセトン、THF、およびクロロホルムのような多くの有機溶媒に溶解性である、Ti0.57Ag0.06DPhMe 0.25TPh 0.12(13C NMRに基づきアルコキシ5.8重量%)の理論的組成を有する黄色の固体だった。
上述と同じ合成方法を用いてさまざまなポリヘテロシロキサン材料を合成した。金属元素は、Li、Na、Mg、Ca、Ba、Y、Ce、Eu、Er、Yb、Ti、Zr、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Ag、Zn、Cd、Al、およびPb−周期表の1列〜14列の各列における少なくとも1つの金属元素を含んだ。ポリヘテロシロキサン材料は各種有機溶媒に溶解可能な固体材料だった。表1参照。
5.32gのSn(Ac)4、5.1gのTi(OnBu)4、15gの1−BuOHを250mlフラスコに入れた。撹拌下、0.86gのH2Oおよび20gの1−BuOHを含有する溶液を徐々に添加した。30分後溶液は透明だった。シラノール含有オルガノシロキサン溶液を、3.12gのSi(OEt)4、19gの1−BuOH、および0.60gの0.1MのHClを混合し、混合物を30分間超音波処理することにより調製した。シラノール含有オルガノシロキサン溶液を250mlフラスコに添加し、RTで4時間の撹拌後、溶液は透明なままだった。用いたH2Oの量はすべてのアルコキシ基の完全な加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な水の量の90%だった。回転蒸発器を用いて溶媒を除去した。生成物のGPC分析において未反応前駆体の兆候は見られない。生成物は、酢酸ブチル、トルエン、THF、および1−BuOHに溶解性である、Ti0.333Sn0.333Q0.333の理論的組成を有する白色の固体だった。
4.39gのZn(Ac)2.2H2O、9.60gのジルコニウムテトラ(n−ブトキシド)(NBZ、1−BuOH中80%)、および15gの1−BuOHを250mlフラスコに入れた。20分後溶液は透明だった。3.22gのフェニルトリメトキシシランおよび3.03gのフェニルメチルジメトキシシランを添加し、10分間撹拌した。次に1.12gの0.1NのHCl(1−BuOH中6%)を徐々に添加した後、20gのトルエンを添加した。RTで4時間の撹拌後、溶液は透明なままだった。用いたH2Oの量はすべてのアルコキシ基の完全な加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な水の量の100%だった。回転蒸発器を用いて溶媒を除去した。生成物のGPC分析において未反応前駆体の兆候は見られない。生成物は、酢酸ブチル、トルエン、およびTHFに溶解性である、Zr0.275Zn0.275DPhMe 0.228TPh 0.223(13C NMRに基づきアルコキシ8.4重量%)の理論的組成を有する白色の固体だった。
9.1gのTPT、10gのIPAを250mlフラスコに入れた。撹拌下、1.98gのPhSi(OMe)3、3.65gのPhMeSi(OMe)2、4.5gのトルエン、1.1gのIPA、および1.26gの0.1NのHClを混合し、混合物を30分間超音波処理することにより調製されたシラノール含有オルガノシロキサン溶液を徐々に添加した。10分後溶液は乳白色になった。次に20gのトルエンを添加し、溶液は透明になった。次に1.72gのMg(Ac)2.4H2Oおよび10gのIPA中の0.10gのH2Oを添加した。用いたH2Oの量はすべてのアルコキシ基の完全な加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な水の量の100%だった。RTで4時間の撹拌後、溶液は透明だった。回転蒸発器を用いて溶媒を除去した。生成物のGPC分析において未反応前駆体の兆候は見られない。生成物は、酢酸ブチル、トルエン、およびTHFに溶解性である、Ti0.457Mg0.114DPhMe 0.286TPh 0.143の理論的組成を有する白色の固体だった。
3.24gのAl(acac)2を、1.98gのPhSi(OMe)3、3.65gのPhMeSi(OMe)2、4.5gのトルエン、1.1gのIPA、および1.26gの0.1NのHClを混合し、混合物を30分間超音波処理することにより調製されたシラノール含有オルガノシロキサン溶液中に分散させた。分散物をRTで30分間撹拌した。次に8.53gのTPTおよび10gのIPAを分散物に添加した。撹拌下、1.01gのH2O(IPA中6%)を徐々に添加した。用いたH2Oの量はすべてのアルコキシ基の完全な加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な水の量の100%だった。RTで4時間の撹拌後、溶液は透明だった。回転蒸発器を用いて溶媒を除去した。生成物のGPC分析において未反応前駆体の兆候は見られない。生成物は、酢酸ブチル、トルエン、およびTHFに溶解性である、Ti0.469Al0.159DPhMe 0.250TPh 0.125(13C NMRに基づきアルコキシ7.4重量%)の理論的組成を有する白色の固体だった。
2.64gのZn(Ac)2.2H2O、13.65gのTPT、5.47gのPhMeSi(OMe)2、1.99gのPhSi(OMe)3、10gのIPA、および30gのトルエンを250mlフラスコに入れた。分散物をRTで40分間撹拌した。次に2.12gの0.1NのHCl(IPA中4%)を徐々にフラスコに添加した。H2Oの総量はすべてのアルコキシ基の完全な加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な水の量の100%だった。RTで3時間の撹拌後、溶液は透明だった。回転蒸発器を用いて溶媒を除去した。生成物は、酢酸ブチル、トルエン、およびTHFに溶解性である、Ti0.48Zn0.12DPhMe 0.30TPh 0.10の理論的組成を有する白色の固体だった。
6.17gのSn(OtBu)4、5.10gのTi(OnBu)4、および3.12gのSi(OEt)4を250mlフラスコ中で混合した。3重量%のH2O/1−BuOH溶液を撹拌下で徐々にフラスコ中に添加した。化学量論的量の60%のH2Oで、30分間の還流後、溶液は透明なままだった。化学量論的量の80%のH2Oで、ゲル化し、固体はトルエン、IPA、1−BuOH、および酢酸ブチルに溶解性でなかった。化学量論的量の60%のH2Oでの生成物中の理論的アルコキシ含有量の計算は55重量%となった。
金属酸化物は固有の吸収帯を有し、よって樹脂中に組み込まれた際に異なる色を示す。上記実施例の各種ポリヘテロシロキサン樹脂の紫外線透過率スペクトルは、紫外線領域(280〜400nm)において優れた吸収能力を示した。
無触媒 ゲル化時間>8時間
Si+Ti+Zn ゲル化時間〜20分
Si+Ti+V ゲル化時間<2分
Claims (11)
- (A)金属(M1)アルコキシド、
(B) (B1)オルガノシロキサン、または(B2)シランから選択される加水分解性基を有するケイ素含有材料、および
(C)加水分解性金属(M2)塩
を成分(A)、(B)、および(C)上のアルコキシ基および他の加水分解性基を加水分解および縮合するのに必要な50〜200%をもたらすある量の水と反応させ、ポリヘテロシロキサンを形成するが、ただし、少なくとも2つの非Si金属元素が成分(A)および/または(C)よりもたらされるステップを含む、少なくとも2つの非Si金属元素を有するポリヘテロシロキサンの調製方法。 - (M1)および(M2)が非Si金属元素であり、互いに異なる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (A)前記金属(M1)アルコキシドが一般式(I)R1 mM1OnXp(OR2)v1−m−p−2nを有する金属アルコキシドから選択され、式中、M1はTi、Al、Ge、Zr、Sn、Cr、Ca、Ba、Sb、Cu、Ga、Hf、In、Fe、Mg、Mo、Nb、Ce、Er、La、Nd、Pr、Sm、Y、Sr、Ta、Te、W、およびVから選択され、各Xは独立してカルボキシレート配位子、有機スルホン酸塩配位子、有機リン酸塩配位子、β−ジケトネート配位子、および塩化物配位子から選択され、v1はM1の酸化状態であり、mは0〜3の値であり、nは0〜2の値であり、pは0〜3の値であり、各R1は1〜18個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、各R2は独立して選択される1〜6個の炭素原子を有する一価アルキル基、6〜8個の炭素原子を有するアリール基、または一般式(VI)−(R3O)qR4を有するポリエーテル基であり、式中、qは1〜4の値であり、各R3は独立して選択される2〜6個の炭素原子を有する二価アルキレン基であり、R4は独立して選択される水素原子または1〜6個の炭素原子を有する一価アルキル基であり、
(B)前記ケイ素含有材料が(B1)平均式(II)R5 b(R6O)aSiO(4−(a+b))/2を有するオルガノシロキサンまたは(B2)一般式(III)R5 cSiYdを有するシランから選択され、式中、YはClまたはOR6であり、各R5は独立して選択される水素原子、1〜18個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、2〜18個の炭素原子を有するアルケニル基、6〜12個の炭素原子を有するアリール基、エポキシ基、アミノ基、またはカルビノール基であり、R6は独立して選択される水素原子、1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、6〜8個の炭素原子を有するアリール基、または一般式(VI)−(R3O)qR4を有するポリエーテル基であり、式中、qは1〜4の値であり、各R3は独立して選択される2〜6個の炭素原子を有する二価アルキレン基であり、R4は独立して選択される水素原子または1〜6個の炭素原子を有する一価アルキル基であり、aは0.1〜3の値であり、bは0.5〜3の値であり、(a+b)は0.6〜3.9の値であり、cは0〜3の値であり、dは1〜4の値であり、(c+d)は4に等しく、
(C)前記加水分解性金属(M2)塩が(C1)一般式(IV)R7 eM2(Z)(v2−e)/wを有する非水和金属塩または(C2)一般式(V)M2(Z)v2/w・xH2Oを有する水和金属塩から選択され、式中、M2は周期表の金属元素のいずれかから選択され、v2はM2の酸化状態であり、wは配位子Zの酸化状態であり、Zは独立してカルボキシレート、β−ジケトネート、フッ化物、塩化物、臭化物、ヨウ化物、有機スルホン酸塩、硝酸塩、亜硝酸塩、硫酸塩、亜硫酸塩、シアン化物、亜リン酸塩、リン酸塩、有機亜リン酸塩、有機リン酸塩、およびシュウ酸塩から選択され、各R7は独立して選択される1〜18個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基、2〜8個の炭素原子を有するアルケニル基、または6〜8個の炭素原子を有するアリール基であり、eは0〜3の値であり、xは0.5〜12の値である、
請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法。 - M2がLi、Na、Ca、Mg、Ba、Ti、Zr、Ce、Eu、Nd、Er、Yb、Y、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Ag、Zn、Cd、Al、Ge、およびPbから選択される、前請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- (1)成分(A)および少なくとも1つの成分(C1)または(C2)をある量の水と反応させ、M1−O−M2オキソ結合を含有する混合金属酸化物溶液を形成し;(2)少なくとも1つの成分(B1)または(B2)をM1−O−M2オキソ結合を含有する該混合金属酸化物溶液とさらに反応させ、必要に応じて追加の量の水を添加し、ポリヘテロシロキサンを形成する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- (1)成分(A)および少なくとも1つの成分(B1)または(B2)をある量の水と反応させ、M1−O−Si結合を含有するヘテロシロキサンを形成し;(2)M1−O−Si結合を含有する該ヘテロシロキサンを少なくとも1つの成分(C1)または(C2)、および必要に応じて追加の量の水とさらに反応させ、ポリヘテロシロキサンを形成する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- (1)成分(C1)または(C2)および少なくとも1つの成分(B1)または(B2)をある量の水と反応させ、M2−O−Si結合を含有するヘテロシロキサンを形成し;(2)M2−O−Si結合を含有する該ヘテロシロキサンを少なくとも1つの成分(A)、および必要に応じて追加の量の水とさらに反応させ、ポリヘテロシロキサンを形成する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 添加する水の総量がすべてのアルコキシ基および他の加水分解性基の加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な量の70〜150%である、前請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 添加する水の総量がすべてのアルコキシ基および他の加水分解性基の加水分解および縮合に理論的に必要な量の80〜120%である、前請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9に記載の方法のいずれかにより調製されたポリヘテロシロキサン。
- 請求項10に記載のポリヘテロシロキサンを含む、コーティング組成物。
