Claims (15)
- 負圧で創傷を治療する装置であって、
前記装置は、創傷カバー(1)と、創傷(5)に前記負圧を提供するための第1のポンプ(9)と、キャニスタ(6)と、前記創傷カバー(1)と前記キャニスタとの間の第1の導管(8)であって、前記創傷(5)を前記キャニスタと接続する第1の導管(8)と、前記キャニスタ(6)内で圧力を測定するための手段と、前記キャニスタを前記第1のポンプと接続する第2の導管(1)と、を含む装置において、
循環ポンプ(12)は、気体を前記キャニスタ(6)から前記創傷領域へ第3の導管(13)を介して移送させるように、且つ前記第1の導管(8)から前記キャニスタ(6)へ可能な液柱を押し出すために前記キャニスタ(6)へ前記第1の導管(8)を介して戻すように配置されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記循環ポンプ(12)は、断続的に作動するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記循環ポンプ(12)は、該循環ポンプ(12)が止まる期間中に、前記第1の導管(8)内に構築されることができる可能な液柱の最大限の高さを制御するために、時間制御されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記キャニスタ内で圧力を測定するための前記手段は、圧力センサー(11)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 逆止弁(14)は、前記循環ポンプ(12)によって送り出された気体が創傷領域に到達することを阻止するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記逆止弁(14)は、前記創傷カバーの接続ブランチ内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記創傷カバー(1)は、創傷充填剤(2)及びシールフィルム(3)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置はソフトアダプターを含み、該ソフトアダプターは前記シールフィルム(3)の下で、前記創傷(5)を前記第1の導管(8)と接続するために配置され、
前記ソフトアダプターは、前記第1の導管に接続されるように配置された柔らかく可撓性を有するチューブ(18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記柔らかく可撓性を有するチューブ(18)は、柔らかく薄いプラスチックフィルムの外側不透過性シェルと、前記外側不透過性シェルに覆われた開気包性フォームと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記循環ポンプ(12)の消費電力を分析するための、且つ前記消費電力が、前記第1の導管(8)及び/又は前記キャニスタ(6)が遮断されることを示している場合に、警告信号を提供するための手段が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第1のフィルタ(22)は、前記キャニスタ(6)内において、前記第2の導管(10)への出口で配置され、
前記第1のフィルタは活性炭素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 第2のフィルタ(24)は、前記キャニスタ(6)から前記第3の導管(13)への汚染気体の進入を防止するために、前記第3の導管内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第3のフィルタ(23)は、前記第1のポンプと外気との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 負圧で創傷を治療する装置の使用とともに、創傷(5)において負圧を制御する方法であって、
第1の導管(8)を介して前記創傷(5)と接続されるキャニスタ(6)内で負圧を生成するように第1のポンプ(9)を使用するステップと、
前記キャニスタ(6)において圧力を測定するステップと、
を備えている方法において、
気体は、循環ポンプ(12)で、前記キャニスタ(6)から創傷領域に向けて第3の導管を介して移送され、
前記気体は前記第1の導管(8)にさらに方向付けられ、前記第1の導管(8)内に存在している創傷滲出液の可能な液柱を前記キャニスタ(6)に押し出すために、前記第1の導管を通じて前記キャニスタ(6)へ戻ることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記気体は、前記循環ポンプ(12)で、規則的な時間間隔で前記第3の導管(13)を通じて押し出されており、
前記時間間隔の長さは、前記キャニスタ(6)における設定圧力に対する前記創傷(5)内の負圧の許容された最大限の差を設定するために選択されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
