Description
Xは0 - 3の整数であり、
Z1とZ2はそれぞれに同一又は相異するO又はC(CN)2である。
電子受容体のHOMO:-7.13 eV。
電子受容体のHOMO:-7.35 eV。
エチレングリコール:4重量分
ジエチレングリコール:4重量分
ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル:8重量分
2 - PVP:3重量分
エタノール:2重量分
界面活性剤:0.5重量分
殺菌剤:0.2重量分
EDTA:0.1重量分
pH:8-8.5
水:100重量分
上記を30〜40℃で混合、攪拌し、平均細孔径が0.1μmの多孔質膜を使って0.2気圧の圧力で濾過し、青色のインクを得る。
色ブロックの色濃度値は通常の色濃度計を使って測定する。例えば、広東省中山彩虹印刷用品有限公司から購入されたWi ―QA - 1011型カラー濃度計。測定プロセスは以下の通り:
- 色濃度測定器の電源スイッチを入れ、校正する。
- 色濃度測定のテストヘッドを用紙の未印刷部分に置き、用紙のパラメータを測定する;次に、テストヘッドを色ブロックに置き、機器の画面に自動的に色ブロックの色濃度を測定できる。一つの色ブロックの異なる部位に何回も測定して、その平均値をとる。
Claims (10)
- 染料の分子内に発色母体D以外にさらに電子受容基Qを含有し、非共役の炭素結合Lを介して染料母体Dに結合してD−L−Q染料分子を構成し、前記電子受容基Qは染料発色母体DのHOMOエネルギー準位より低いHOMOエネルギー準位をもつことを特徴とする耐侯性染料。
- 請求項1に記載の染料において、前記染料は青色染料を含有し、前記青色染料は一般式Iの化合物又はその混合物を含有し、
一般式Iにおいて、a、cは0−3の同一又は相異する整数で、bは1−4の整数で、a+b+cの合計は2−4であり、
MPcフタロシアニン母体中のMは水素原子、金属原子又はその酸化物、カルボキシル化合物又はハロゲン化物であり、Pcはフタロシアニン母体リングであり、
R1とR2はそれぞれ同一又は相異するH、C1−18のアルキル基、C6−12の芳香基、置換基Aで置換されたベンゼン基又はナフタリン基、又は(CR3R4)nAであり、R3とR4はそれぞれ同一又は相異するH又はC1−4アルキル基であり、置換基AはH、OH、NH2、CO2M”又はSO3M”で、nは0−18であり、
M’とM”はそれぞれ同一又は相異するH、金属イオン、アンモニウム塩、又は有機アンモニウム塩であり、
Lは-NR3(CR4R5)mNR6-、-NR3(CR4R5)m-、-S(CR4R5)pS-又は-(CR4R5)q-から選ばれ、ここで、R5とR6はそれぞれ同一又は相異するH、C1−4アルキル基であり、m、p、qは同一又は相異する整数1−4であり、
Qは一般式Q1又はQ2であり、
R9はH、Cl、Br、CN、CF3、CH3、SO3M”又はCO2M”であり、
Xは0−3の整数であり、
Z1とZ2はそれぞれ同一又は相異するO又はC(CN)2である。 - 前記M’とM”は同一又は相異し、Na、K、Li、NH4、N(CH3)4、NH(CH3)3、NH2(CH3)2、NH3(CH3)4、NH(CH2CH2OH)3、NH2(CH2CH2OH)2又はNH3CH2CH2OHから選ばれる、請求項2に記載の染料。
- 前記基Qと染料発色母体DのHOMOエネルギー準位との差は0.1以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の染料。
- 前記L基は-NR3(CR4R5)mNR6-であり、前記Qは一般式Q2をもつ、請求項2又は3に記載の染料。
- 前記L基は-NR3(CR4R5)m-、-S(CR4R5)pS-又は-(CR4R5)q-であり、前記Q基はQ1又はQ2である、請求項2又は3に記載の染料。
- 請求項2に記載の染料1−20重量%と、水溶性有機溶剤5−50重量%と、水30−94重量%とからなる水性インクジェット用インク組成物。
- インク、塗料、ラッカー、レーザープリンタのトナー粉、標識物、紙、織物、ガラス、セラミックス又はポリマーの材料が着色剤として使用される請求項1に記載の染料の用途。
