Claims (8)
- 主動力源(2)と予備動力源(3)とを有し、双方の動力源が、複数の油圧クラッチにより動作する油圧トランスミッション(7)を介して機械推進手段に連結される、ハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)であって、
主動力源(1)によって駆動されるように主動力源(1)と連係する主油圧ポンプ(6)であって、トランスミッション(7)にシフト操作及び潤滑のための加圧作動油を供給するよう油圧トランスミッション(7)と流体接続される主油圧ポンプ(6)と、
同様に、トランスミッション(7)にシフト操作及び潤滑のための加圧作動油を供給するよう油圧トランスミッション(7)と流体接続される補助油圧ポンプ(8)と、
補助油圧ポンプ(8)と連係して補助油圧ポンプ(8)を駆動するポンプモータ(9)と、
要求ポンプ速度を二次元変数配列と関係付ける三次元マップ(30)に基づき補助油圧ポンプ(8)の運転を指示するよう構成されたポンプモータ制御装置(10)であって、それにより主油圧ポンプ(6)と補助油圧ポンプ(8)との合計出力が、必要なトランスミッション作動油流量を満たす、ポンプモータ制御装置(10)と、
を備える、ハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。 - 主動力源(2)がエンジン(2)であるとともに、トランスミッション(7)が、複数のギヤのうちの選択された1つで動作し、二次元変数配列が、エンジン出力回転数及び変速ギヤに関連する変数を含む、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。
- 三次元マップ(30)が、変速ギヤの変換中にエンジン出力回転数の関数として要求ポンプ速度を特定する変換領域を含む、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。
- 主油圧ポンプ(6)及び補助油圧ポンプ(8)が、複数の逆止弁(11)を介してトランスミッション(7)と流体接続される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。
- ポンプモータ(9)が、ブラシレス高電圧電気モータである、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。
- ポンプモータ制御装置(25)が、少なくとも補助油圧ポンプ(8)の実際の速度に基づき、閉ループ制御戦略により動作する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。
- ポンプモータ制御装置(25)が、機械(1)の運転に基づき要求ポンプ速度を修正するように構成される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。
- 機械(1)が駆動系PTOモードで運転しているとき、ポンプモータ制御装置(25)が要求ポンプ速度を増加させるように構成される、請求項7に記載のハイブリッド駆動による運転について改良された機械(1)。
