Description
柔軟な液体貯蔵容器の分野、特に選択的に互いに接着された2枚の対面するフィルムパネルを含み、その間に閉鎖可能な容器口を組み込んだものでは、対面するフィルムパネルと容器口との間に確実で耐久性のある接着を提供することに注目が向けられている。フィルムと容器口との間の接着特性を増強するため、容器口内にリブ部、ランド部(特定の領域部)および/または溝などの表面特徴を含ませるなど様々な試みがなされている。考えられる問題に対処することを目的とするが、そのような方法は欠点が無いとはいえない。さらに構成部品すなわち容器口とフィルムに関わるパラメータについて、それらの化学的特性および最適化に関しては、ほとんど注意が払われていない。

前記ネック部から延伸しており、少なくとも1つの応力の非局在化機能部を有する少なくとも1箇所の容器口の溶着接合部とを備えていることを特徴とする柔軟な液体貯蔵容器のための容器口。 - 少なくとも1つの前記応力の非局在化機能部は、前記ネック部と比較して柔軟性を有する周辺端部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項11記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記応力の非局在化機能部は、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部から長手方向に延伸している少なくとも1つの柔軟な付属物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項11記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部の頂部に存在するか、またはこれに隣接して存在していることを特徴とする請求項13記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部のネック部に存在するか、またはこれに隣接して存在することを特徴とする請求項13記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、曲線状の周辺端部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、不規則な長手方向の形状を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、前記容器の少なくとも1種のフィルム材料の少なくとも一部に少なくとも部分的に機械的に結合できることを特徴とする請求項13から17のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 前記容器口は、4つの柔軟な付属物を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13から18のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 前記少なくとも1つの応力の非局在化機能部は、前記ネック部と比較して柔軟な周辺端部と、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部から長手方向に延伸する少なくとも1つの柔軟な付属物とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項11記載の容器口。
- 柔軟な液体貯蔵容器のための容器口であって、前記液体貯蔵容器は、内面と、外面と、知られた溶融温度TFを有する材料で構成された少なくとも一箇所のフィルム溶着接合部と、を備えた少なくとも1種のフィルム材料を含んでおり、
前記容器口は、
長手方向で一致する軸を有する実質的に筒形状のネック部と、
前記ネック部から延伸しており、知られた溶融温度TSを有する材料で構成された少なくとも1箇所の容器口の溶着接合部とを備えていることを特徴とする柔軟な液体貯蔵容器のための容器口。 - TSとTFとの間の差は±5℃以内であることを特徴とする請求項21記載の容器口。
- TSとTFとの間の差は±2℃以内であることを特徴とする請求項21記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部材料は、少なくとも1種の前記フィルム溶着接合部材料と同種類の材料であることを特徴とする請求項21記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部は、少なくとも1つの応力の非局在化機能部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項21記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記応力の非局在化機能部は、前記ネック部と比較して柔軟性を備えた周辺端部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項25記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記応力の非局在化機能部は、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部から長手方向に延伸する少なくとも1つの柔軟な付属物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項25記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部の頂部に存在するか、またはこれに隣接して存在することを特徴とする請求項27記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部のネック部に存在するか、またはこれに隣接して存在することを特徴とする請求項27記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、曲線状の周辺端部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項27から29のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、不規則な長手方向の形状を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項27から30のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記柔軟な付属物は、容器の少なくとも1種の前記フィルム材料の少なくとも一部に、少なくとも部分的に機械的に結合できることを特徴とする請求項27から31のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 前記容器口は4つの柔軟な付属物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項27から32のいずれか一項に記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1つの前記応力の非局在化機能部は、前記ネック部と比較して柔軟性を備えた周辺端部と、少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部から長手方向に延伸する少なくとも1つの柔軟な付属物とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項25記載の容器口。
- 少なくとも1箇所の前記容器口の溶着接合部は、露出された表面を備えており、前記露出された表面の少なくとも一部の大きな部分は平坦であることを特徴とする請求項21記載の容器口。
- 前記露出された表面の少なくとも一部の大きな部分は、複数の穴部を有することを更なる特徴とする請求項35記載の容器口。
- 前記露出された表面の少なくとも一部の大きな部分は、複数の複数の陥没した起伏のある表面形状を有することを更なる特徴とする請求項35記載の容器口。
- 前記露出された表面の少なくとも一部の大きな部分は、複数の穴部と複数の陥没した起伏のある表面形状とを有することを更なる特徴とする請求項35記載の容器口。
