Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a color cloth-containing laminate or a color cloth-containing assembly material, in which the design of the appearance is improved by bonding a single sheet and a single sheet or a cloth that is colored between a single sheet and a sheet material. It is about.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a laminated material or a laminated material obtained by pressing a plurality of single plates or plate materials obtained by cutting wood at each lumber mill with an exclusive pressing machine or the like via an adhesive is known. Laminated materials or laminated materials are processed with a single plate or plate material, so it is possible to eliminate in advance low-quality parts and defective parts that are difficult to improve with the logs themselves, so there is relatively little variation in quality. , Furniture, joinery, interior materials, musical instrument members, structural members, and so on.

Various proposals using the characteristics of such a laminated material or laminated material have been made.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a non-wood grain expression veneer obtained by laminating a plurality of dyed veneers made from a woody material such as hardwood through an adhesive and then integrally forming and slicing with a curved mold, and wood grain expression. A method of manufacturing an artificial veneer with a pattern that approximates the wood pattern of natural wood has been proposed by laminating a veneer for use with an adhesive, integrally forming it with a curved mold, and slicing it again. .
Patent Document 2 proposes a color wood grain board with artificial wood grain and artificial wood grain that are obtained by bonding and laminating a color original board that has been cut on the front and back surfaces of a wood sapwood block that has undergone coloring treatment in the thickness direction. Has been.
Patent Document 3 includes a support made of a thermoplastic polymer, an intermediate layer provided thereon, and a thermosetting layer applied to the intermediate layer. The adhesive of the intermediate layer is a thermoplastic resin and is colored. In addition, a laminated material having an intermediate layer made of a thermoplastic resin that can be used has been proposed.
Further, in Patent Document 4, a sheet layer in which fibers are aligned in one direction or a plurality of directions is interposed between a veneer single plate made of a plurality of single plates, a laminated plate made of a plurality of single plates, or a single plate of a laminated material. Has proposed a reinforced plywood that is strong in tensile strength, bending strength, and shear strength.

However, in the proposals of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, since it is composed only of a material called wood, excluding the adhesive, a wood grain (annual ring), which is a unique pattern that wood already has, is artificially created. However, there is a problem that it has not yet been improved in its original design. In addition, the proposals in Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4 are configured by adhering a plate material or square material using an adhesive capable of coloring, or by attaching a sheet made of fiber between the plate material or square material. However, this is only for the purpose of increasing the strength of the laminated material or the laminated material, and there is a problem that the configuration in consideration of enhancing the appearance design has not been achieved.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and is an effective material for producing wooden products and the like that emphasize design and originality by enhancing the appearance design of the laminated material or laminated material. It is an object of the present invention to provide a color cloth inclusion laminated material or a color cloth inclusion laminated material.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings showing examples. In these drawings, parts denoted by the same reference numerals represent the same items, and the basic configuration and the like are the same.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a method for producing a colored cloth inclusion laminate (40A) according to a first embodiment of the present invention. (A) (b) (c) is a perspective view which shows a 1st process, (d) is a perspective view which shows a 2nd process, (e) is a perspective view which shows a 3rd process. is there. In these drawings, parts denoted by the same reference numerals represent the same items, and the basic configuration and the like are the same.

The laminated body (40) is composed of a plurality of single plates (10) cut through a process such as drying after the log is cut and a colored cloth (20) that is a sheet-like fiber material. Yes.
The veneer (10) uses a veneer made of a wood material made of softwood (eg, tsuga, pine, pine, hiba, cedar, etc.) or hardwood (eg, lauan, China, beech, elm, etc.) It is preferable to do. The thickness of the single plate (10) is preferably 3 mm or less.

The colored fabric (20) is a sheet-like fiber material with colorful colors, and it is preferable to use natural fiber, chemical fiber, or synthetic fiber as the fiber material. Further, the thickness of the colored fabric (20) is preferably 2 mm or less.

As shown in FIG. 1 (a), an adhesive is applied to the single plate upper surface (11) of the single plate (10), and the other single plate ( By laminating the single plate lower surface (12) of 10), they are laminated via the applied adhesive. This is repeated until a predetermined thickness is reached in the direction in which a plurality of sheets are stacked.

Then, as shown in FIG.1 (b), an adhesive agent is apply | coated to the single plate upper surface (11) of the single plate (10) laminated | stacked two or more sheets, and the color cloth (20) is the fiber direction of a single plate (10) The lower surface (22) of the colored cloth is overlapped with the upper surface (11) of the single plate by spreading the ridges by hand so as to be substantially horizontal with respect to the upper surface (11). Thereby, a colored cloth (20) is laminated | stacked on a single board (10) through an adhesive agent.

Then, an adhesive is applied to the upper surface (21) of the colored fabric (20) on the lower surface (12) of the single plate (10), and becomes substantially horizontal with respect to the fiber direction of the single plate (10). Overlapping so that. As a first step, by repeating the steps (a), (b), and (c) of FIG. 1 in the order in which the layers are sequentially laminated until a predetermined thickness is obtained, a laminate (40) including a colored cloth is formed. The

Here, the interval at which the single plate (10) and the colored cloth (20) are laminated is not particularly determined. Therefore, it is good to determine appropriately according to what this material is applied to. Thereby, it is possible to form a laminate (40) having various patterns as appropriate, instead of a fixed pattern, in the vertical section of the laminate (40) cut in the direction in which the laminate (40) is laminated. Become.

After the laminated body (40) is formed, as shown in FIG. 1 (d) as a second step, a load is applied in the direction in which the laminated body (40) is laminated by the pressing machine (30), and the adhesive ( 13) is cured. Then, after the adhesive (13) is completely cured, as shown in FIG. 1 (e) as a third step, a predetermined interval is placed in the direction in which the laminate (40) is laminated, Cut by piercing with a blade. However, the cutting method is not limited to this. Thereby, a colored cloth inclusion laminated material (40A) is formed.

FIG. 2 is a view taken in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1 (e) based on the first embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, since the thickness of the single plate (10) is 3 mm or less, the thickness of one single plate (10) is relatively thin, so the single plate (10) and the colored cloth (20). The outer peripheral side surface (41a), which is a cross section perpendicular to the direction in which the colored cloth inclusion laminate (40A) is laminated, has a delicate and original design. . However, the interval between the single plate (10) and the colored fabric (20), that is, the number of laminated single plates (10) between the colored fabric (20) and the colored fabric (20) is not limited to that shown in FIG. It shall be determined as appropriate.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3, the manufacturing method of the colored cloth inclusion laminated material (40B) of 2nd Example of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 3 is a view taken in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 1 (e) based on the second embodiment of the present invention. The difference between the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that a laminated body (40) is formed by applying a plate material (10a) instead of the single plate (10).

The board material (10a) is made of lamina, which is a wood material made of coniferous wood (eg, tsuga, pine, pine, hiba, cedar, etc.) or hardwood (eg, lauan, China, beech, elm, etc.). Is preferred. The thickness of the plate material (10a) is preferably 3 mm or more.

Therefore, since the thickness of one sheet (10a) is relatively thick compared to the first embodiment, the distance between the sheet (10a) and the colored cloth (20) should be adjusted boldly. Is possible. Therefore, in this embodiment, the outer peripheral side surface (41b), which is a vertical cross section with respect to the direction in which the colored cloth inclusion laminated material (40B) is laminated, has a more bold and original design. However, the interval between the plate material (10a) and the colored fabric (20), that is, the number of stacked sheets of the plate material (10a) between the colored fabric (20) and the colored fabric (20) is not limited to FIG. Shall be determined.

The description relating to the detailed manufacturing method of the colored cloth inclusion laminated material (40B) of the second embodiment is the same as the manufacturing method of the colored cloth inclusion laminated material (40A) of the first embodiment described above, instead of the veneer (10). Since it is the same except that the plate material (10a) is applied, it is omitted here. In addition, for the reasons described above, the illustration explanation relating to the detailed manufacturing method of the colored cloth inclusion laminated material (40B) of the second embodiment is also omitted.
