Claims (6)
- ロータシャフト(6)の一方の端部に固定されたコンプレッサホイール(9)を有するコンプレッサ(8)と、
タービンホイール(5)を含むタービンロータ(10)を有し、前記タービンホイール(5)が、前記ロータシャフト(6)の連結部(12)に連結できる連結ジャーナル(17)を有するタービン(2)と、
前記タービンロータ(10)に設けた少なくとも1つのピストンリング溝(11、11’)とを備えたターボチャージャ(1)であって、
前記ピストンリング溝(11、11’)が前記連結ジャーナル(17)上に配置されたことを特徴とするターボチャージャ。 - 連結面(A)が、最も近接したピストン溝(11、11’)から所定の距離離れて、前記ロータシャフト(6)と前記タービンホイール(5)の間に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記タービンホイール(5)の前記連結ジャーナル(17)は円筒状の空洞(15)を有し、その空洞の深さ(L)は、前記ロータシャフト(6)のシャフト側軸端面(14)から前記タービンホイール(5)のホイール背面(13)まで測定した、前記連結ジャーナル(17)の長さ(B)よりも短いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記タービンホイール(5)と前記ロータシャフト(6)は、摩擦溶接を用いるか、または電子ビーム溶接を用いて連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ。
- ロータシャフト(6)の連結部(12)に連結できる連結ジャーナル(17)を有するタービンホイール(5)を備えた、ターボチャージャ(1)のタービンロータ(10)であって、
少なくとも1つのピストンリング溝(11、11’)を前記連結ジャーナル(17)上に配置したことを特徴とする、ターボチャージャ(1)のタービンロータ(10)。 - 請求項2〜4の特徴部のうちの1つを特徴とする、ターボチャージャ(1)のタービンロータ(10)。
