Claims (10)
- 内燃機関(2)の作動中に冷却用要素(9、15)を通りある特定の方向に流れる外気流によって、貫流するガス状媒体を冷却するようになされた少なくとも1つの前記冷却用要素(9、15)を備える、前記内燃機関(2)により駆動される車両(1)のための冷却装置において、該冷却装置は、熱供給要素(26)を通り流れる前記冷却用空気流の少なくとも一部が前記冷却用要素(9、15)をも通り流れるように、前記冷却用空気流の方向に対して前記冷却用要素(9、15)の上流の位置に取り付けられた熱供給要素(26)と、前記熱供給要素(26)を通り流れる空気が、前記冷却用要素(9、15)内のガス状媒体が最低許容温度を下回って冷却される危険のある状況にある際に温められるように、前記熱供給要素(26)を作動させるように適合された制御手段(22、23)とを備え、前記熱供給要素(26)及び前記冷却用要素(9、15)は、複合ユニットを構成するように連結部(29)を有することを特徴とする、冷却装置。
- 前記冷却用要素(9、15)及び前記熱供給要素(26)は共に、管状要素(15b、20b)が相互に間隔をおいて配置された伝熱部分を備え、その結果、前記外気流が通過するように意図される通路が、相互に隣接し合う管状要素(15b、26b)の間にもたらされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却用要素(9、15)及び前記熱供給要素(26)は、前記通路中の各要素(9、15、26)内に固定される伝熱手段(29)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却用要素(9、15)は、少なくとも1つの通路を備え、前記熱供給要素(26)は、少なくとも1つの通路を備え、これらの通路は、前記熱供給要素(26)及び前記冷却用要素(9、15)を通り延在する実質的に直線状の流路を共に構成するように、寸法設定され、相互に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記実質的に直線状の流路を共に構成する通路である、前記冷却用要素(9、15)の前記通路及び前記熱供給要素(26)の通路は、前記冷却用要素(9、15)と前記熱供給要素(26)との間に前記連結部を構成する共有式伝達手段(29)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3及び4に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記伝熱手段(29)は、シートメタル・タイプのものであり、前記実質的に直線状の流路を複数の平行なフロー・ダクトに分割するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記冷却用要素は、EGR冷却器(15)であり、前記ガス状媒体は、前記内燃機関(2)に再循環される排気ガスの形態をとることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の冷却器装置。
- 前記冷却用要素は、給気冷却器(9)であり、前記ガス状媒体は、前記内燃機関(2)に送られる圧縮空気であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記熱供給要素(26)は、前記冷却用要素(9、15)内のガス状媒体が前記最低許容温度を下回って冷却される危険のある状況にある際に、熱供給媒体を前記熱供給要素(26)に貫流させるように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の冷却器装置。
- 前記熱供給要素(26)及び前記冷却器(9、15)は、前記車両(1)の前方部分に位置する領域(A)内に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
