- 自動車に使用するプラスチック製窓であって、
プラスチックパネルの周辺の周りで縁部を画成する部分を有するプラスチックパネルと、
前記プラスチックパネルと一体とされた窓突縁であって、前記縁部に隣接して位置され、該縁部に少なくとも部分的に沿って延在し、窓枠の対応する係合用形状物と係合するように構成された係合用形状物を含む窓突縁とからなることを特徴とするプラスチック製窓。 - 前記窓突縁が完全に前記パネルの周辺の周りで前記縁部に隣接して位置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック製窓。
- 前記窓突縁が前記プラスチックパネルと一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック製窓。
- 前記係合用形状物が前記窓枠の対応する形状物とインターロックするような形態とされたリップからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック製窓。
- 前記プラスチックパネルと窓突縁とがポリカーボネートから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック製窓。
- 前記プラスチックパネルに位置した少なくとも一つの保護層あるいは機能層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック製窓。
- 前記縁部の少なくとも一部に隣接して配置された補強枠を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック製窓。
- 前記補強枠が前記窓突縁と縁部との間に位置した第一の部分と前記プラスチックパネルの中心と前記窓突縁の間に位置した第二の部分とからなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のプラスチック製窓。
- 自動車用の窓組立体であって、
パネルを有するプラスチック製窓であり、前記パネルの周辺の周りで縁部を画成する部分を備えたパネルと、前記プラスチック製窓と一体の窓突縁であって前記縁部に隣接して位置され、かつ該縁部に沿って少なくとも部分的に延在し、係合用形状物を含む窓突縁とを有するプラスチック製窓と、
自動車に取り付けるようにされた形態の窓枠であって、プラスチック製窓を前記窓枠に固定するために前記窓突縁の係合用形状物が対応する係合用形状物内に適合して受け入れられる対応する係合用形状物を形成する部分を有する窓枠とからなることを特徴とする自動車用の窓組立体。 - 前記窓突縁が前記縁部に隣接して位置し、かつ前記パネルの周辺の周りを完全に延在していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記窓突縁が前記プラスチック製窓と一つに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記窓枠が自動車の薄板金属の外面と面一に装着されるようにプラスチック製窓を位置決めする段差部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記窓突縁の係合用形状物がリップを有しており、前記窓枠の対応する係合用形状物が前記リップとインターロックして前記プラスチック製窓を前記窓枠に固定することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記窓枠の対応する係合用形状物に連結された解除ハンドルを更に含み、前記解除ハンドルが、使用者が該解除ハンドルに所定の力を加えると前記プラスチック製窓の少なくとも一部を取り外すように前記の対応する係合用形状物を前記窓突縁の係合用形状物から引っ張り外すような形態とされていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の窓組立体。
- 前記解除ハンドルが前記係合用形状物から前記の対応する係合用形状物を外すように使用者が前記解除ハンドルを引っ張り易くするために前記の対応する係合用形状物に隣接して配置された脆弱部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の窓組立体。
- 自動車に窓を設置する方法であって、
縁部と、該縁部に隣接して位置し係合用形状物を有する窓突縁とを有するプラスチック製窓を提供し、
自動車の窓開口部の周りを延在する窓枠であって、前記の係合用形状物を受け入れるための対応する係合用形状物を形成する部分を有する窓枠を提供し、
前記のプラスチック製窓を前記窓枠に固定するように前記窓突縁の係合用形状物を対応する係合用形状物に圧入するために前記プラスチック製窓に力を加えるステップを含むことを特徴とする自動車に窓を設置する方法。 - 前記窓突縁がロック用溝にスナップ嵌めされると前記のプラスチック製窓が自動車の外面と面一となるように前記ロック用溝を自動車の外面から所定の距離をおいて形成する部分を提供するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 窓突縁を対応する係合用形状物から取り外すために該窓突縁の係合用形成物から対応する係合用形状物を使用者が引き離すことができるようにする形態とされている解除ハンドルを窓枠の対応する係合用形状物に取り付けるステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- プラスチック製窓の縁部に隣接して補強枠を取り付けるステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記窓突縁とプラスチック製窓を一体ものとして形成するようにそれらを成形するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
