Claims (19)
- 燃焼タービンの動作中に用いるための電気的アセンブリであって、
前記燃焼タービンのケーシング内の構成部品の1つに配置され、前記タービンのケーシング内に含まれるある形態のエネルギを収集して、前記ケーシング内の1つ以上の電気装置に完全に電力供給するのに十分な電力を発生するように構成された少なくとも1つのエネルギ収集装置と、
前記少なくとも1つのエネルギ収集装置によって発生した電力を受電するように結合され、前記燃焼タービンの動作中に前記ケーシング内の前記構成部品の状態を検知するように構成されており、前記ケーシング内の前記電気装置の1つを構成する少なくとも1つのセンサが含まれている、
電気的アセンブリ。 - 前記エネルギ収集装置に、前記構成部品の表面に付着した薄膜コーティングが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- 前記エネルギ収集装置に、前記構成部品の基板に付着した薄膜コーティングが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- 前記エネルギ収集装置に半導体デバイスが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- 前記エネルギ収集装置が、熱電式収集装置、熱光起電式収集装置、圧電式収集装置、及び、以上の収集装置の組合せから構成されるグループから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- 前記エネルギ収集装置が、前記構成部品の基板に付着した断熱コーティング上に配置されて、前記コーティングの厚さに沿って生じる温度勾配に応答する少なくとも1つの熱電対列を含む熱電式収集装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- 前記エネルギ収集装置が、異なる熱負荷にさらされる前記構成部品のそれぞれの領域に配置されて、互いに接続されており、異なるモードで動作して、前記異なる熱負荷の結果生じる2つ以上の熱過渡の効果を組み合わせ、それによって収集される電力の電圧レベルを上昇させる2列以上の熱電対列を含む熱電式収集装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- さらに、前記収集装置から電力を受電するように結合された送信器が含まれることと、前記送信器が前記ケーシング内の前記電気装置のもう1つを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- 前記送信器が、前記センサと通じていて、前記センサによって供給されるデータ信号を受信し、前記ケーシング外部に前記データ信号を無線で送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- さらに、前記ケーシングの外部に配置されて、前記送信データ信号を受信するトランシーバが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- さらに、前記送信器と通じていて、前記データ信号を処理し、前記ガスタービンの動作中に前記構成部品の状態に関する情報を作成するプロセッサが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電気的アセンブリ。
- 燃焼タービンの動作中の状態を監視するための方法であって、
前記タービンのケーシング内に含まれるある形態のエネルギを収集し、外部電源による補助を受けずに、前記ケーシング内の1つ以上の電気装置に電力供給するのに十分な電力を発生するステップと、
収集した電力を受電するように、前記ケーシング内の前記電気装置の1つを構成する少なくとも1つのセンサを結合するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのセンサによって、前記燃焼タービンの動作中に前記ケーシング内のある構成部品の状態を検知するステップと、
収集した電力を受電するように、前記ケーシング内の前記電気装置のもう1つを構成する送信器を結合するステップと、
前記センサによって供給されるデータ信号を受信して、前記ケーシング外部に前記データ信号を無線で送信するように、送信器を結合するステップが含まれている、
方法。 - さらに、前記燃焼タービンの前記ケーシング内にある前記構成部品に配置された少なくとも1つのエネルギ収集装置によってエネルギ収集を実施するステップが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギ収集ステップに、熱エネルギを収集するステップと、機械的エネルギを収集するステップと、以上のステップの組合せのうち少なくとも1つが含まれることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 燃焼タービンであって、
ケーシングと、
前記タービンの前記ケーシング内にある構成部品の1つに配置されて、熱エネルギ、機械的エネルギ、及び、以上のエネルギの組合せといった形態のエネルギのうち少なくとも1つを含む前記ケーシング内に存在するある形態のエネルギを電気エネルギに変換し、外部電源による補助を受けずに、前記ケーシング内の1つ以上の電気装置に電力供給するのに十分な電力を発生するように構成されている少なくとも1つの電気エネルギ収集装置と、
前記配置された燃焼タービンの動作中に、前記ケーシング内の前記構成部品の状態を検知するように結合されている、前記ケーシング内の前記電気装置の1つを構成する少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記センサによって供給されるデータ信号を受信して、無線で送信するように前記センサに結合されている、前記ケーシング内の前記電気装置のもう1つを構成する送信器が含まれている、
燃焼タービン。 - さらに、ハブと、前記ハブから半径方向に延びる複数のタービン動翼を含む少なくとも1つのタービン動翼アセンブリが含まれることと、1)少なくとも1つの収集装置、2)前記少なくとも1つのセンサ、及び、3)前記送信器のうちの少なくとも1つが前記タービン動翼の少なくとも1つに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の燃焼タービン。
- さらに、ハブと、前記ハブから半径方向に延びる複数の圧縮機動翼を含む少なくとも1つの圧縮機動翼アセンブリが含まれることと、1)少なくとも1つの収集装置、2)前記少なくとも1つのセンサ、及び、3)前記送信器のうちの少なくとも1つが前記圧縮機動翼の少なくとも1つに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の燃焼タービン。
- さらに、1)少なくとも1つの収集装置、2)前記少なくとも1つのセンサ、及び、3)前記送信器のうちの少なくとも1つが前記少なくとも1つの圧縮機の表面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の燃焼タービン。
- さらに、前記タービンの前記ケーシング内に少なくとも1つの固定アセンブリが含まれることと、1)少なくとも1つの収集装置、2)前記少なくとも1つのセンサ、及び、3)前記送信器のうちの少なくとも1つが前記少なくとも1つの固定アセンブリに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の燃焼タービン。
