Abstract
【解決手段】 質量%で、C:0.02〜0.04%、Si:0.5%以下、Mn:0.5%以下、P:0.03%以下、S:0.015%以下、Cr:27〜31%、Fe:7〜11%、Cu:0.5%以下、Ni:58%以上を含み、残部が不純物からなるNi基合金に対し、炭素量に応じた炭素の完全固溶温度以上であって1150℃以下の範囲で1.5〜60分間加熱した後、冷却速度500℃/分〜150℃/分で空冷する、最終熱処理を施す。

Claims (2)
- 質量%で、C:0.02〜0.04%、Si:0.5%以下、Mn:0.5%以下、P:0.03%以下、S:0.015%以下、Cr:27〜31%、Fe:7〜11%、Cu:0.5%以下、Ni:58%以上を含み、残部が不純物からなるNi基合金に対し、炭素量に応じた炭素の完全固溶温度以上であって1150℃以下の範囲で1.5〜60分間保持した後、冷却速度500℃/分〜150℃/分で空冷する、最終熱処理を施すことを特徴とするNi基合金の熱処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により熱処理されたNi基合金。
