Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning water discharge device that discharges a chemical mixed cleaning water obtained by mixing a liquid chemical into cleaning water from a discharge port. More specifically, the present invention relates to a chemical mixed cleaning water while eliminating the restriction of the installation location of a chemical tank for storing a liquid chemical. The present invention relates to a technique for enabling stable supply.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cleaning water discharge device that discharges cleaning water mixed with a medicine is known. This is because a chemical tank that communicates with the rim water supply cleaning water flow path and discharges the chemical along with the rim water supply is installed at the rear part of the toilet body. By opening and closing the path leading to the path with a chemical discharge valve, each cleaning process such as pre-cleaning of the bowl part by rim water supply, discharge of sewage by jet water supply, and sealing of the bowl part by rim water supply is performed. Prior to the present invention, the present applicant has developed the cleaning water discharge device shown in FIG. 5 having a circulation path because the cleaning water discharge device is difficult to adjust the amount when the amount of chemical mixed in the cleaning water is very small. (See Patent Document 1).

The washing water discharge device A is provided in a toilet bowl, and includes a medicine tank 3 for storing a liquid medicine, a circulation path 4 having both ends connected to the medicine tank 3, and a circulation pump 5 for circulating the liquid medicine in the circulation path 4. And a branch path 6 that branches off from the circulation path 4 and communicates with the cleaning water path 1. When the circulation pump 5 is driven when water is caused to flow through the washing water flow path 1 and the medicine stored in the medicine tank 3 is caused to flow and circulate through the circulation path 4, it is generated when water flows through the washing water flow path 1. Due to the negative pressure, a small amount of medicine is sucked into the washing water flow path 1 via the branch path 6, and washing water mixed with a small amount of medicine can be generated.

However, in this case, depending on the arrangement of the medicine tank 3, the medicine may flow back from the medicine tank 3 through the circulation path 4 and be sucked into the washing water passage 1 due to negative pressure when water flows through the washing water passage 1. was there. That is, if the medicine tank 3 is located at a position sufficiently lower than the medicine mixing portion of the washing water flow path 1, the water head pressure H applied to the medicine in the medicine tank 3 does not flow backward exceeding the suction force due to the negative pressure. If the drug tank 3 is not much lower than the drug mixing part of the washing water channel 1, the suction force due to the negative pressure will exceed the water head pressure H, or the drug tank 3 may flow backward from the drug mixing part of the washing water channel 1. However, in the case of a higher position, the water head pressure becomes a force to flow backward in addition to the suction force, and the drug flows backward. As a result, the installation position of the medicine tank 3 is restricted.
International Publication No. 08/44791 Pamphlet

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to prevent the medicine flowing through the circulation path from flowing backward from the medicine tank. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning water discharge device that prevents the above and prevents the position of the chemical tank from being restricted.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a cleaning water discharge device A according to the present invention is a cleaning water discharge device A that discharges a chemical mixed cleaning water in which a liquid chemical is mixed in the cleaning water flowing through the cleaning water flow path 1 from the discharge port 2. The medicine tank 3 for storing the liquid medicine, the circulation path 4 having both ends 4a and 4b connected to the medicine tank 3, the circulation pump 5 for circulating the liquid medicine in the circulation path 4 into the circulation path 4, and the circulation A branch path 6 that branches from the path 4 and communicates with the wash water flow path 1, and supplies a liquid medicine that circulates in the circulation path 4 to the wash water flow path 1 through the branch path 6. And a backflow prevention means 7 is provided downstream of the branching path 6 of the circulation path 4 and the portion branched.

By adopting such a configuration, the backflow prevention means 7 prevents the medicine flowing through the circulation path 4 from flowing back from the medicine tank 3 regardless of the hydraulic head pressure H caused by installing the medicine tank 3 low. Is possible.

According to the present invention, it is not necessary to install the medicine tank low in order to prevent the medicine backflow by the backflow prevention means, and the degree of freedom is high without being restricted by the installation position of the medicine tank.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a flush toilet equipped with the flush water discharge device A of the present invention, and the main body is composed of a toilet bowl body 8 made of synthetic resin. First, the toilet bowl will be outlined.

A drainage cylinder part 82 protrudes from the lower part of the bowl part 81 of the toilet body 8 toward the rear, and the stored water in the bowl part 81 can be drained from the drainage cylinder part 82 via a trap. ing. The trap of this example is of a turn trap type, and is composed of a flexible trap cylinder 83 connected to a drain cylinder portion 82. The arm member 84 is rotated by a turn trap motor (not shown), As shown in FIG. 1, a trap structure in which the trap cylinder 83 is upwardly U-shaped, and a state in which the trap structure is released in a downward inverted L-shape (not shown) can be selected. Is a trap structure in which the trap cylinder 83 has an upward U-shape, and water is accumulated in the lower part of the bowl part 81, the drain cylinder part 82, and the trap cylinder 83. After urine and urine and urine are finished, as shown below, bubble mixed washing water flows from the discharge port 2 of the washing water discharge device A, and the trap cylinder 83 is rotated to release the trap structure. It is adapted to drain the sewage with things.

FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the cleaning water discharge device A. As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning water discharge device A is housed in a device storage portion 85 provided at the rear of the toilet body 8, and includes cleaning water supply means for supplying cleaning water into the cleaning water channel 1, Air mixing means for sucking and mixing air into water, drug supply means for supplying a liquid drug to the cleaning water, and a discharge port 2 for discharging either the bubble mixed cleaning water or the drug mixed cleaning water are provided. From the discharge port 2, either the bubble mixed washing water in which bubbles are mixed into the washing water or the medicine mixed washing water obtained by mixing the liquid medicine in the bubble mixed washing water is selectively discharged to the inner surface of the bowl portion 81. Thus, the inner surface of the bowl portion 81 is washed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the washing water supply means includes a water supply control valve 11 including an electromagnetic valve provided upstream of the washing water flow path 1 directly connected to the water pipe, for example. It is controlled to open at the time of water discharge operation. As a means for supplying cleaning water to the cleaning water flow path 1, tap pressure is used. At the downstream end of the washing water flow path 1, a discharge port 2 is provided that is disposed behind the upper end of the bowl portion 81 and faces the bowl portion 81.

Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the downstream side of the washing water flow channel 1 includes a nozzle tube 21 formed in a tapered shape that gradually decreases the cross-sectional area of the flow channel toward the tip, and a tip portion of the nozzle tube 21. The horizontal tubular ejector tube 22 and the discharge port 2 are inserted. The ejector pipe 22 has an upstream large-diameter portion 23 that has a large channel cross-sectional area upstream (left side in FIG. 2) and gradually decreases the channel cross-sectional area toward downstream (right side in FIG. 2), and a narrow path diameter. The small-diameter portion 24 and the downstream large-diameter portion 25 that gradually increases the cross-sectional area of the flow path as it goes downstream of the small-diameter portion 24 (right side in FIG. 2) are formed in this order from upstream to downstream. The flow path portion of the upstream large diameter portion 23 is an air mixing portion 23a, the flow path portion of the small diameter portion 24 is a drug mixing portion 24a, and the flow path portion extends from the small diameter portion 24 to the downstream large diameter portion 25. Is the bubble generating part 25a. The bubble generating unit 25a shears and miniaturizes bubbles contained in the cleaning water by changing the pressure by pressurizing and depressurizing the bubble mixed cleaning water flowing from the upstream. On the downstream side of the ejector tube 22, there is provided a rectifying plate 26 composed of a mesh for shearing bubbles as bubble subdividing means for further subdividing the washing water into bubbles.

The air mixing means is for supplying air from the outside to the air mixing portion 23a (upstream large diameter portion 23 of the ejector pipe 22) of the washing water flow path 1, and one end is opened to the outside air as shown in FIG. The intake valve 13 is provided in the middle of the air supply path 12 whose other end is opened in the air mixing portion 23a, and air is mixed in by the cleaning water flowing into the ejector pipe 22 from the tip of the nozzle pipe 21. A negative pressure is generated in the portion 23a, the intake valve 13 is opened by the ejector effect, and air from the outside is sucked into the wash water via the air supply path 12, and the air is mixed into the wash water. Wash water is generated. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the aeration unit 23 a is formed to have a larger diameter than the tip of the nozzle tube 21, whereby the aeration unit 23 a is caused by the flow of cleaning water near the tip of the nozzle tube 21. It is a large negative pressure generator.

The washing water discharge device A includes a medicine tank 3 for storing a liquid medicine, a circulation path 4 having both ends 4a and 4b connected to the medicine tank 3, a circulation pump 5 for circulating the liquid medicine in the circulation path 4, and a circulation. And a branch path 6 that branches from the path 4 and communicates with the cleaning water flow path 1.

As shown in FIG. 1, the medicine tank 3 is housed in a lower space 85 b below the partition 86 of the device housing portion 85, and other components of the cleaning water discharge device A (circulation pump 5, branch path). 6, the water supply control valve 11, the washing water flow path 1, etc.) are accommodated in the upper space 85 a above.

The circulation path 4 is disposed across the upper space 85a and the lower space 85b. Both ends 4a and 4b of the circulation path 4 extend to the lower space 85b, and two tank insertion pipes 41a and 41b respectively connected to the both ends 4a and 4b are inserted into the medicine tank 3, and each tank The lower ends of the insertion pipes 41a and 41b reach the tank bottom wall. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the two tank insertion pipes 41 a and 41 b and both ends 4 a and 4 b of the circulation path 4 are detachable via a connection member 31 fitted into the connection port on the upper end surface of the medicine tank 3. When the liquid medicine is connected to the medicine tank 3, the medicine tank 3 can be detached from both ends 4 a and 4 b of the circulation path 4 by removing the both ends 4 a and 4 b of the circulation path 4 from the connection member 31. Thus, by removing a cover (not shown) provided on the outer surface portion of the toilet body 8, the medicine tank 3 can be taken out of the toilet body 8, and a liquid medicine can be introduced from the medicine inlet 32 with a cap. ing. In addition, as liquid chemical | medical agents, aqueous solutions, such as detergent containing a surfactant or an aromatic, are mentioned, for example.

As shown in FIG. 1, a circulation pump 5 is interposed in the middle of the portion arranged in the upper space 85 a of the circulation path 4. The circulation pump 5 circulates the liquid medicine in the circulation path 4 by sucking out the liquid medicine in the medicine tank 3 from one of the tank insertion pipes 41 a and 41 b into the circulation path 4 and returning it to the medicine tank 3 from the other. To work.

Furthermore, one end of a branch path 6 branched from the middle of the circulation path 4 is branched to the discharge side of the circulation pump 5. One end of the branch path 6 is configured by a small-diameter hole, and the other end of the branch path 6 is disposed so as to face the medicine mixing portion 24a (the small-diameter portion 24 of the ejector tube 22) of the cleaning water flow path 1. A small amount of the liquid medicine circulating through the circulation path 4 is supplied to the washing water flow path 1 via the branch path 6 by the circulation pump 5.

In the circulation path 4 described above, the backflow prevention means 7 is provided on the downstream side of the branch path 6. As the backflow prevention means 7, a check valve provided in the middle of the circulation path 4 can be mentioned. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the backflow prevention means 7 is provided in the portion of the circulation path 4 on the side returning to the medicine tank 3 in the medicine tank 3. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the circulation path 4 is branched. A backflow prevention means 7 is provided immediately downstream of the portion branching from the path 6.

According to the above configuration, by providing the backflow prevention means 7, it is possible to prevent the medicine flowing through the circulation path 4 from backflowing from the medicine tank 3, and the head pressure H caused by installing the medicine tank 3 low. It is possible to prevent it without depending on it. Accordingly, it is not necessary to install the medicine tank 3 low in order to prevent the medicine backflow by the backflow prevention means 7, and the degree of freedom is not limited by the installation position of the medicine tank 3. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, since the medicine tank 3 is located at a position sufficiently lower than the medicine mixing portion 24 a of the washing water flow path 1, the backflow of the medicine can be further prevented.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the medicine tank 3 is installed at a position higher than the medicine mixing portion 24 a of the washing water flow path 1. In this case, in addition to the suction force due to the negative pressure when water flows through the washing water flow path 1, the head pressure H ′ becomes a force that causes a reverse flow. The reverse flow can be prevented, and the medicine tank 3 can be installed above the medicine mixing section 24a and there is no restriction.
