Abstract
【解決手段】混合装置は、軸から離れて延伸しかつ混合室を形成する対向表面をそれぞれ有し、軸の周囲で互いに対し相対回転可能に対向する第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材を備える。回転手段は、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材の少なくとも一方を回転させて、第1の混合部材と第2の混合部材との間に第1の回転方向に相対的回転を付与する。少なくとも一方の対向表面上に設けられる混合形成体のアレイは、相互に作用して混合室内の材料を混合し、混合室内の材料を軸に向かって押圧するように形成される。少なくとも一方の対向表面上に設けられる混合形成体の数は、軸から半径方向に離れる程増加する。混合形成体の凹部の溝は、軸から半径方向に離れる程増加する断面積を形成する。

Description
添付図面に示すように、図示の混合装置は、バッチ(一括処理)式高剪断混合装置であり、固定支持枠3の上部及び下部にそれぞれ支持されかつ垂直方向に重ねられた円錐形の上部混合部材1と下部混合部材2とを含む。上部混合部材1は、支持枠3の上部の十字部材3aにより支持される円錐状凸形ステータである。更に後述のように、4本の枠柱3bに摺動可能に十字部材3aを支持して、ステータ1を垂直方向に上昇及び下降させる液圧ラム4が設けられる。ステータ1の円錐状外面には、複数の溝1aの形状が設けられる(最良の形態を図5a及び図5bに示す)。ステータ1は、内部冷却剤用溝1bを形成する二重壁構造を有する。
Claims (4)
- 軸から離れて延伸しかつ混合室を形成する対向表面をそれぞれ有し、軸の周囲で互いに相対的に回転可能に対向する第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材と、
第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材の少なくとも一方を回転させて、第1の混合部材と第2の混合部材との間に第1の回転方向の相対的な回転を付与する手段と、
第1の混合部材と第2の混合部材とを第1の回転方向に相対的に回転するとき、相互に作用して混合室内の材料を混合し、混合室内の材料を軸に向かって押圧する形態で少なくとも一方の対向表面上に設けられる混合形成体のアレイとを備え、
少なくとも一方の対向表面上に設けられる混合形成体の数は、軸から半径方向に離れる程増加し、
混合形成体の凹部の溝は、軸から半径方向に離れる程増加する断面積を形成することを特徴とするバッチ式混合装置。 - 軸から離れて延伸しかつ混合室を形成する対向表面をそれぞれ有し、軸の周囲で互いに相対的に回転可能に対向する第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材と、
第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材の少なくとも一方を回転させて、第1の混合部材と第2の混合部材との間に第1の回転方向の相対的な回転を付与する手段と、
第1の混合部材と第2の混合部材とを第1の回転方向に相対的に回転するとき、相互に作用して混合室内の材料を混合し、混合室内の材料に対する軸に向かう押圧力を発生するように少なくとも一方の対向表面上に設けられる混合形成体のアレイとを備え、
第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材の少なくとも一方から軸部を上昇させて取り外し、第1の回転方向に第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材を相対的に回転させながら、混合室から材料を排出することを特徴とするバッチ式混合装置。 - 軸の周囲で互いに相対的に回転可能にかつ対向して配置される第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材と、第1の混合部材と第2の混合部材との対向表面間に形成される混合室と、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材が相対的に回転するとき、少なくとも第1の混合部材の対向表面と第2の混合部材の対向表面とが相互に作用して正味押圧力を発生し混合室内の材料を混合する混合形成体のアレイとを備え、少なくとも一方の対向表面上に設けられる混合形成体の数が、軸からの半径方向に離れる程増加するバッチ式混合装置を準備する過程と、
少なくとも数個の混合形成体は、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材の相対的な回転方向に依存して、軸に向かう方向又は軸から離間する方向に混合室内の材料を押圧し、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材を一方向に相対的に回転させ、混合形成体を相互に作用させて軸に向かって材料を押圧する過程とを含み、
混合形成体の凹部の溝は、軸から半径方向に離れる程増加する断面積を形成することを特徴とするバッチ式混合装置内の材料の混合法。 - 軸の周囲で互いに相対的に回転可能にかつ対向して配置される第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材と、第1の混合部材と第2の混合部材との対向表面間に形成される混合室と、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材が相対的に回転するとき、少なくとも第1の混合部材の対向表面と第2の混合部材の対向表面とが相互に作用して正味押圧力を発生し混合室内の材料を混合する混合形成体のアレイとを備え、少なくとも一方の対向表面上に設けられる混合形成体の数が、軸からの半径方向に離れる程増加するバッチ式混合装置を準備する過程と、
少なくとも数個の混合形成体は、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材の相対的な回転方向に依存して、軸に向かう方向又は軸から離間する方向に混合室内の材料を押圧し、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材を一方向に相対的に回転させ、混合形成体を相互に作用させて軸に向かって材料を押圧する過程と、
第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材の少なくとも一方から軸部を上昇させて取り外し、第1の混合部材及び第2の混合部材を第1の回転方向に相対的に回転させることにより混合室から材料を排出する過程とを含むことを特徴とするバッチ式混合装置内の材料の混合法。
