Claims (14)
- セパレータが電極間にそれぞれ配置されながら、複数の電極が積層され、前記電極の電極タップが互いに接続され、電極アセンブリが電池ケース内に組み込まれた構造に構成された前記電極アセンブリを有する二次電池であって、
前記電極タップが電極リードに結合される領域(電極タップ−電極リード結合領域)が、前記電池ケースの上端部接触領域に位置し、前記接触領域が前記電池の厚さ方向に曲げられ、これによって、前記電極アセンブリが前記電池ケースの内部空間から分離される二次電池。 - 前記接触領域が、前記電池ケースを構成する上部及び下部ケース部材の上端部が互いに接続する領域である請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記結合領域が、前記電池ケースの前記接触領域において密封される熱溶接部と隣接して配置される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱溶接部が、前記電極タップ−電極リード結合領域について前記接触領域の上部において、又は前記電極タップ−電極リード結合領域の上部及び横方向において、前記電池ケースのエッジに沿って形成される請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースから突き出す前記電極リード、及び前記熱溶接部が、前記電池の長さ方向に垂直に再び曲げられる請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池の保護回路モジュール(PCM)が、前記電池の長さ方向において、前記電極リードと接続される請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースから突き出す前記電極リード、及び前記熱溶接部が、前記電池の厚さ方向に水平に再び曲げられる請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池の保護回路モジュールが、前記電池の厚さ方向において、前記電極リードと接続される請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 絶縁フィルムが、前記電極タップ及び前記電極リードを囲むように、前記絶縁フィルムが、前記電池ケースの前記上端部接触領域に配置される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極アセンブリが、積層又は積層/折畳み型構造に構成される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレータが、前記セパレータの端部が前記上端部接触領域と隣接する、又は前記上端部接触領域と部分的に重なるほど十分な長さを有する請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池が、リチウムイオンポリマー電池である請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池ケースが、金属層及び樹脂層を含む積層シートから作られるパウチ形ケースである請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シートが、アルミニウム積層シートである請求項13に記載の二次電池。
