Abstract

前記多重レベル固体不揮発性メモリアレイからデータを受け取り、前記第1のデジタルレベル数よりも多い第2のデジタルレベル数で特徴付けられるデジタル信号を出力する、アナログ/デジタルコンバータと
を備える、固体不揮発性メモリユニット。 - 前記多重レベル固体不揮発性メモリアレイはフラッシュEEPROMアレイである
