Claims (12)
- 容器受け部分と、切換え部分とを含み、切換え部分は、ボビン要素を有するソレノイドスイッチを含み、該ボビン要素内に該ソレノイドの磁気電機子を保持し、シール要素が上記電機子と上記ボビンの入口部分との間に維持されることを特徴とする噴霧デバイス。
- シール要素は、浮動シール要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- 容器受け部分は、ボビンで受けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- 容器受け部分は、ボビンとほぼ同軸であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- 容器受け部分は、ソレノイドスイッチを、使用者が材料容器を挿入する又は取り外す操作から隔離することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- シール要素は、約13バールまでの圧力でボビンの流れチャネルを密封するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- 電機子は、約0.1mmないし約0.6mm移動するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- 切換え部分は、約13cP(センチポアズ)未満の粘度を有する流体で機能するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- ソレノイドのコイルは、約100乃至300の巻数を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- コイルは、約250ATないし500ATのアンペア巻値を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- 使用中、ソレノイドのコイルに通させるべき最大電流は、約3A(アンペア)であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
- 電機子は、約7ms(ミリ秒)の応答時間を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧デバイス。
