Claims (23)
- キャリア材料(4,4’)上に少なくとも1つの耐候性プラスチック層(2,2’)が塗布されることを特徴とする、太陽電池システム(7)をカプセル化するために耐候性積層物(1、1’)を製造する方法。
- 耐候性プラスチックが選択的に可溶性のフッ素ポリマーまたはフルオロコポリマー、アクリレート、ポリウレタン、シリコンならびにこれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- キャリア材料(4,4’)上に溶液および/または分散液からなる耐候性プラスチックが塗布される、請求項1もしくは2に記載の方法。
- 溶液または分散液が染料を含有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 工程温度が80と180℃の間の範囲で調整される、請求項1から4の一つに記載の方法。
- 耐候性プラスチックが5から50μmの層厚で塗布される、請求項1から5の一つに記載の方法。
- 耐候性層(2,2’)が光ビームに対して可視光波長範囲および近UV波長範囲で透明である、請求項1から6の一つに記載の方法。
- キャリア材料(4,4’)がポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフテネート(PEN)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレンコポリマー(ETFE)ならびにこれらの共押し出し物の群から選択される、請求項1から7の一つに記載の方法。
- キャリア材料(4,4’)がアルミニウム箔である、請求項1から7の一つに記載の方法。
- キャリア材料(4,4’)が被覆前に物理的および/または化学的に前処理される、請求項1から9の一つに記載の方法。
- キャリア材料(4,4’)上に蒸気相から堆積される無機酸化物層が施される、請求項1から10の一つに記載の方法。
- 接着剤がキャリア材料(4,4’)に施される、請求項1から10の一つに記載の方法。
- 接着剤としてポリウレタンもしくはポリエステル接着剤が使用される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- キャリア材料(4,4’)の非被覆側上に接着層(5,5’)が施される、請求項1から13の一つに記載の方法。
- プライマーシステム、表面処理されたフッ素ポリマー/フルオロコポリマー層、またはポリウレタンもしくはポリアクリレート層により接着層(5,5’)が設けられる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 接着層(5,5’)と隣接して封止層(6,6’)が施される、請求項14から15に記載の方法。
- 封止層(6,6’)が群エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、イオノマー、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリウレタン、ポリエステルまたはホットメルトポリマーから形成される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 太陽光発電モジュール(17)の製造に請求項1から17の一つにしたがって製造し、積層物(1、1’)の1つの上に太陽電池システム(7)を施す、少なくとも2つの積層物(1、1’)の使用。
- 太陽光発電モジュール(18)の製造が太陽光発電モジュール(18)用の予備複合体(17)を製造する連続的な積層工程により行われる、請求項18に記載の使用。
- 予備複合体(17)の製造に更に可撓性のタイプの太陽電池が使用される、請求項19に記載の使用。
- 太陽光発電モジュール(17)の製造がバッチ工程により行われる、請求項18に記載の使用。
- 太陽電池システム(7)としてシリコン太陽電池からなるものが使用される、請求項18から21の一つに記載の使用。
- 太陽光発電モジュールの損傷を受けた裏側を補修するための請求項3にしたがって製造される分散液の使用。
