Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物搬送用コンベア24は、コンベアベルト40と、これに立設される支持部とを備える。この支持部は、複数の支柱50を含む。これらの支柱50は、その幅Wよりも大きな間隔PWをおいて幅方向に配列される。この支柱50同士の間隔が、廃棄物から生成されるノロの堆積を有効に抑制する。

(1)トラブルの発生頻度について
比較例では、給じんを開始してから1週間を経過した段階で、搬送トラブルにつながる程度のノロの堆積が発生した。ここでいう搬送トラブルには、コンベアの動作不良や破砕機22での詰まり等が含まれる。
これに対して実施例については、給じんを開始してから1週間を過ぎても支柱50にはほとんどノロが付着しなかった。また、給じん開始後、延べ2ヶ月半を過ぎた段階で、図5の二点鎖線56に示されるようにエプロン44の上面や支柱50の根元部分には多少のノロ付着はあるものの、搬送の障害となるようなノロの堆積はなかった。従って、操業を開始してから3ヶ月程度の連続運転ではノロを除去するメンテナンスは不要であると考えられる。
前記実施例及び前記比較例の搬送効率については、両者にほとんど差がないことが確認された。

Claims (5)
- 廃棄物を破砕する破砕機と、その破砕された廃棄物を処理する廃棄物処理炉とを含む廃棄物処理システムに設けられ、前記破砕機で破砕された廃棄物を前記廃棄物処理炉の廃棄物投入口よりも高い位置まで上向きに搬送するための廃棄物搬送用コンベアであって、
上向きに傾斜する姿勢で配置されるコンベアベルトと、
前記コンベアベルト上にその搬送方向に間隔をおいて立設され、前記コンベアベルト上の廃棄物を下方から支持する複数の支持部とを備え、
前記支持部は、複数本の支柱を含み、これらの支柱が前記搬送方向と直交する幅方向に当該支柱の幅よりも大きな間隔をおいて配列されていることを特徴とする廃棄物搬送用コンベア。 - 請求項1記載の廃棄物搬送用コンベアにおいて、
前記各支柱の前記搬送方向の寸法が当該支柱の幅以上であることを特徴とする廃棄物搬送用コンベア。 - 請求項1または2記載の廃棄物搬送用コンベアにおいて、
前記各支柱の高さ寸法が当該支柱の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする廃棄物搬送用コンベア。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の廃棄物搬送用コンベアにおいて、
前記コンベアベルトを格納するケーシングと、
前記コンベアベルト上で前記搬送方向について互いに隣合う特定の支柱同士の間に立設され、前記幅方向に連続して延び、前記ケーシングの内側に存在する廃棄物を掻き落すスクレーパーとを備えることを特徴とする廃棄物搬送用コンベア。 - 廃棄物処理システムであって、
廃棄物を破砕する破砕機と、
その破砕された廃棄物を燃焼処理する廃棄物処理炉と、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の廃棄物搬送用コンベアとを備え、
前記廃棄物搬送用コンベアは、前記破砕機で破砕された廃棄物を前記廃棄物処理炉の廃棄物投入口よりも高い位置まで上向きに搬送するように配置されていることを特徴とする廃棄物処理システム。
