Claims (11)
- 一平面(P)内に含まれ、かつ接合領域(42)を形成する周縁(30)を有するくぼんだ金属薄板を用いて作られている、熱交換器(1)の平らなチューブ(2)のためのプレート(4)であって、
前記周縁(30)を含む平面(P)から直角に突き出ている少なくとも1つのフランジ(40)を備えていることを特徴とするプレート。 - 第1および第2の長い側辺(26)、および第1および第2の短い側辺(28)を有し、かつ前記フランジ(40)を、前記第1の長い側辺(26)の少なくとも一部分に設けてあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート。
- 前記フランジ(40)は、前記第1の長い側辺(26)の全長にわたって設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のプレート。
- 前記フランジ(40)は、前記第1または第2の短い側辺(28)の少なくとも一部分に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のプレート。
- 前記第1および第2の長い側辺(26)と直交する対称面を有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1つに記載のプレート。
- 前記くぼんだ金属薄板は、0.35mm以下の厚さ(th)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のプレート。
- 前記くぼんだ金属薄板は、前記周縁(30)に形成された少なくとも1つのラグ(200)および少なくとも1つのノッチ(210)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のプレート。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の、少なくとも1つの第1のプレート(4)を有することを特徴とする、熱交換器(1)のための平らなチューブ(2)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の、第1および第2のプレート(4)を有することを特徴とする、熱交換器(1)のための平らなチューブ(2)。
- 前記第1および第2のプレート(4)は、前記第1のプレート(4)の第1の長い側辺(26)が、前記第2のプレート(4)の第2の長い側辺(26)と組み合うように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の熱交換器(1)のための平らなチューブ(2)。
- 請求項8〜10のいずれか1つに記載の、少なくとも1つの平らなチューブを備える熱交換器(1)。
