Abstract
【解決手段】端子10は、アルミ電線1の導体部2が載置される底板部20と、底板部20に連設され、且つ底板部20上の導体部2を挟むように導体部2に加締められる一対の加締片21と、を備え、導体部2と接触する底板部20および一対の加締片21の接触面に、少なくとも1つの溝24が形成されていると共に、導体部2の軸方向と直交する方向に延びる少なくとも1つの凸部25が形成されている。

Description
(1)アルミニウム製またはアルミニウム合金製の複数の素線が撚り合わされた導体部を有するアルミ電線に圧着されるアルミ電線用圧着端子であって、前記導体部が載置される底板部と、前記底板部に連設され、且つ該底板部上の前記導体部を挟むように該導体部に加締められる一対の加締片と、を備え、前記導体部と接触する前記底板部および前記一対の加締片の接触面に、少なくとも1つの溝が形成されていると共に、該導体部の軸方向と直交する方向に延びる少なくとも1つの凸部が形成されていることを特徴とするアルミ電線用圧着端子。
(2)前記凸部が、前記導体部の軸方向にみて前記接触面の中央部に形成されていることを特徴とする(1)に記載のアルミ電線用圧着端子。
好ましくは、上記の凸部は、軸方向の伸びによる肉厚の減少が著しい底板部および加締片の接触面の中央部に設けられる。

Claims (2)
- アルミニウム製またはアルミニウム合金製の複数の素線が撚り合わされた導体部を有するアルミ電線に圧着されるアルミ電線用圧着端子であって、
前記導体部が載置される底板部と、
前記底板部に連設され、且つ該底板部上の前記導体部を挟むように該導体部に加締められる一対の加締片と、
を備え、
前記導体部と接触する前記底板部および前記一対の加締片の接触面に、少なくとも1つの溝が形成されていると共に、該導体部の軸方向と直交する方向に延びる少なくとも1つの凸部が形成されていることを特徴とするアルミ電線用圧着端子。 - 前記凸部が、前記導体部の軸方向にみて前記接触面の中央部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミ電線用圧着端子。
