Abstract
【解決手段】カーカス6と、ベルト層7と、バンド層9と、バンド層9の外側に配されたトレッドゴム2Gとを有する空気入りタイヤ1である。バンド層9は、ベルト層7の中央部に配されかつ低モジュラスコード9Y1が配列されたクラウンバンドプライ9Cと、高モジュラスコード9Y2が配列されたショルダーバンドプライ9Sとが幅方向に並べられて形成される。トレッドゴム2Gは、硬質のゴム材からなるクラウンゴム部2Cと、軟質のゴム材からなるショルダーゴム部2Sとが幅方向に並べられて形成される。硬質のクラウンゴム部2Cがクラウンバンドプライ9Cのタイヤ半径方向外側に、かつ軟質のショルダーゴム部2Sがショルダーバンドプライ9Sのタイヤ半径方向外側にそれぞれ配置される。

Description
図1は本実施形態の空気入りタイヤの正規状態におけるタイヤ軸を含む右半分のタイヤ子午線断面図、図2はトレッド部の展開図(一部断面図)である。ここで、正規状態とは、タイヤを正規リム(図示省略)にリム組みし、かつ、正規内圧を充填した無負荷の状態とし、以下特に言及しない場合、タイヤの各部の寸法等はこの正規状態で測定された値として述べられている。
試験機:(株)インテスコ製の材料試験機2005型
試験温度:20℃
試験湿度:65%
材料つかみ間隔:250mm
試験速度:300mm/min
下記の条件でドライアスファルト路面のテストコースをドライバー1名乗車で走行させ、操縦安定性に関しては、ハンドル応答性、剛性感、グリップ、高速走行時の安定性等に関する特性をドライバーの官能評価により評価した。また、乗り心地については、同様のテスト車両を用いてドライアスファルト路面の段差路、ベルジャン路(石畳の路面)、ビッツマン路(小石を敷き詰めた路面)等において、ゴツゴツ感、突き上げ、ダンピングに関して官能評価が行われた。いずれも、比較例1を6点とする10段階評価で示している。数値が大きいほど良好である。

テスト車両:排気量3500ccの国産FR車(テストタイヤは4輪に装着される)
上記テスト車両を用い、ノイズ計測用の荒れたアスファルト路面を速度50km/hにて走行させ、運転席右耳位置にてオーバーオールの騒音レベルdB(A)が測定された。結果は、比較例1を基準とする増減値で示した。マイナス表示が好適である。

Claims (5)
- トレッド部からサイドウォール部を経てビード部のビードコアに至るトロイド状のカーカスと、
このカーカスのタイヤ半径方向外側かつトレッド部の内部に配されしかもベルトコードがタイヤ赤道に対して15〜40度の角度で傾けられた少なくとも2枚のベルトプライからなるベルト層と、
前記ベルト層のタイヤ半径方向外側に配されかつバンドコードをタイヤ周方向に対して5度以下の角度で配列したバンドプライからなるバンド層と、
前記バンド層のタイヤ半径方向外側に配されたトレッドゴムとを有する空気入りタイヤであって、
前記バンドプライは、前記ベルト層の中央部を覆うとともに前記バンドコードに低モジュラスコードが用いられたクラウンバンドプライと、
前記ベルト層の両端部を覆うとともに前記バンドコードに前記低モジュラスコードよりもモジュラスが大きい高モジュラスコードが用いられた一対のショルダーバンドプライとが幅方向に並べられて形成され、かつ、
前記トレッドゴムは、硬質のゴム材からなりかつ前記クラウンバンドプライのタイヤ半径方向外側に配置されたクラウンゴム部と、
前記クラウンゴム部よりも軟質のゴム材からなりかつ前記各ショルダーバンドプライのタイヤ半径方向外側に配置されるショルダーゴム部とを含むことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記クラウンゴム部の硬さh1と前記ショルダーゴム部の硬さh2との差(h1−h2)が2〜10度である請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記高モジュラスコードのモジュラスm2と、低モジュラスコードのモジュラスm1との比(m2/m1)が1.0よりも大かつ10以下である請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記クラウンゴム部の硬さh1と前記ショルダーゴム部の硬さh2との差(h1−h2)を無次元化した値が、前記高モジュラスコードのモジュラスm2と、低モジュラスコードのモジュラスm1との比(m2/m1)よりも大きい請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ショルダーゴム部及び/又は前記クラウンゴム部は、未加硫かつリボン状のゴムストリップをタイヤ周方向に螺旋状に巻き重ねることにより形成されたストリップ積層体を用いて作られている請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
