Abstract
【解決手段】柱が一方の端部材上に取り付けられ、流体室内に延伸する。衝撃吸収2片式緩衝器20は、軸方向開口を伴なって形成され、端部材の一方に固定され、柱がその開口内に延伸する剛体基部22を含む。エラストマ製部材23は剛体基部材22の軸方向開口内に取り付けられ、柱に押嵌めて取り付けられる。エラストマ製部材23の上端は、基部の上端の上を外向きに延伸して、空気ばねの故障、または大きな撓みの発生に際しては、対向する端部材と係合する。

- 構造物上の間隔をおいた位置に取り付けるようになっている、間隔をおいた1対の第1端部材及び第2端部材と、間隔を置いた前記端部材と封止状に係合し、それらの間に加圧流体室を形成するエラストマ材から成る可撓性スリーブとを有する形式の空気ばねにおいて、
第1の端部材上に固定して取り付けられ流体室内に延びている柱を含み、柱は拡大された端部と、前記端部の下に形成された切下げ部と、第2端部材と衝撃により係合し得る、柱上に取り付けられた衝撃吸収緩衝器とを有すること、
ここで衝撃吸収緩衝器は、
剛体基部材であって、第1と第2の端と、剛体基部材内に形成され第1の端と第2の端の間に延びている軸方向開口とを有し、第1の端が、柱が軸方向開口内に延びるように第1端部材上に固定されており、第2の端に溝が形成されている剛体基部材、および
エラストマ製部材であって、
剛体基部材の軸方向開口内に取り付けられた本体を含み、
エラストマ製部材を柱に取り付けるための、柱と係合し得る取付け手段を有し、
剛体基部材を第1端部材上に固定するための、剛体基部材の第2の端内に形成された溝の中に固定された部分を有する外部端であって、空気ばねに加わる大きな撓みを吸収するために第2端部材に接触するように、第2端部材から離間している外部端を有する

を特徴とする空気ばね。 - 溝がほぼ環状をなし、溝の中に固定されたエラストマ製部材の外部端がほぼ環状の突起である請求項1に記載された空気ばね。
- 剛体基部材が、同心的に間隔をおいた内壁と外壁を伴う概ね円筒形の構成を有し、内壁が軸方向開口の輪郭を定め、軸方向開口が第1の端に隣接する円錐部を終止する請求項1に記載された空気ばね。
- 柱が第1端部材上に気密的関係で取り付けられている請求項1に記載された空気ばね。
- エラストマ製部材の本体が外部端に対向して位置する底部端を有し、底部端が本体内に部分的に延伸する空洞を伴なって形成され、柱上に形成された補完的突起とその間に押嵌め接続をするような突起が、本体上空洞内に延伸して形成された請求項1に記載された空気ばね。
- エラストマ製部材の本体が平坦な底部端を有し、平坦な底部端が第1端部材に固定され且つ平坦な低部端から内側に延伸する空洞を囲んでおり、エラストマ製部材を柱に取り付けるために、柱が空洞内に延伸して突起している請求項1に記載された空気ばね。
