Abstract
【解決手段】スロットルダイヤルによってエンジンの第1の目標回転数を設定するエンジン回転数設定部51と、油圧ポンプの負荷圧に応じてリリーフ時におけるエンジンの最大目標回転数を制限する第2の目標回転数を演算するリリーフ時エンジン最大回転数演算部52と、第1の目標回転数および第2の目標回転数のうちのいずれか低い目標回転数に一致するように、エンジン回転数を制御する回転数制御手段と、エンジンの目標回転数と実エンジン回転数との偏差をもとに発電電動機をエンジントルクアシスト作用させるか否かを判定する判定手段と、を備え、回転数制御手段は、判定手段がエンジントルクアシスト作用を行わせると判定した場合に、発電電動機のエンジントルクアシスト作用を用いて目標回転数に一致するように、エンジン回転数を制御する。

Description
したがって油圧ポンプ3のポンプ効率を高めるためには、エンジン2を回転数nが低い低速領域で稼動させればよい。
ただし、K2は、PTO軸10の減速比である。

Claims (3)
- エンジンによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油が供給される油圧アクチュエータと、
各油圧アクチュエータを操作する操作手段と、
エンジン目標回転数の設定ダイヤルによって前記エンジンの第1の目標回転数を設定する第1の目標回転数設定手段と、
前記油圧ポンプの負荷圧が高くなるに従ってエンジンの最大目標回転数を制限する第2の目標回転数を演算する第2の目標回転数演算手段と、
前記第1の目標回転数および前記第2の目標回転数のうちのいずれか低い目標回転数に一致するように、エンジン回転数を制御する回転数制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの出力軸に連結された発電電動機と、
前記発電電動機が発電した電力を蓄積するとともに発電電動機に電力を供給する蓄電器と、
前記油圧ポンプの負荷圧が高い状態から低い状態に急に切り替わった際に、前記エンジンの実回転数が前記目標回転数に対してあらかじめ設定した値以上に上昇するまでは前記発動発電機のエンジントルクアシスト作用を用いて前記目標回転数に一致するように、エンジン回転数を制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの出力軸に連結された発電電動機と、
前記発電電動機が発電した電力を蓄積するとともに発電電動機に電力を供給する蓄電器と、
前記油圧ポンプの負荷圧が高い状態から低い状態に減少するに応じて、前記第2の目標回転数が上昇することにより、前記エンジンの実回転数が前記目標回転数よりもあらかじめ設定した値よりも小さい場合、前記実回転数が前記目標回転数よりもあらかじめ設定した値よりも小さい値以上に上昇するまでは、前記発動発電機のエンジントルクアシスト作用を用いて前記目標回転数に一致するように、エンジン回転数を制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンの制御装置。
