【解決手段】壁部は不透過性のシール部を形成するように接合されて前記小袋容器1内に空洞を画定する。前記シール部を貫通すると共に内側及び外側端を有した導管2は、前記内側端が前記空洞内にあり、前記外側端が小袋容器1の外側にあって空洞を導管を介して小袋容器の外部と流体流通するように配置される。前記空洞は使用に当たっては一定量の液体を収容すると共に、前記導管2は、前記小袋容器1の向きにかかわらず、刺激を補足的に付与しなければ空洞から前記液体が流出するのを防止するようにされている。

Description
一般的には、前記可撓性材料は、積層構造を有する。斯かる可撓性材料は、プラスチック、金属またはそれらの組み合わせてあっても良い。
前記小袋容器の前記シール部は、通常、該小袋容器の周囲全体の回りに施される。前記シール部は、略単一平面にあるのが好適である。これにより、シールが可能な限り平坦化されて、小袋容器が空になった時に小袋容器の変形を最小限にすることができて、小袋容器の収縮または空洞内の液体にかかる復元力を最小限にして液体の排出を確実にする。
前記閉塞部材は、該閉塞部材がシール位置にある時に前記導管の前記外端を被覆するキャップの形状で設けられても良い。または、該閉塞部材は、シール位置にある時に前記導管の前記内端に隣接した前記小袋容器の一部を圧縮する一本以上の棒の形状で設けられても良く、これにより前記液体が前記導管に沿って流れるのが防止される。
前記第1の領域はヒートシールによりシールされるのが一般的である。
図1は、本発明を実施する液体供給装置の一例を示し、
図2a及び図2bは、可撓性容器内に導管をシール可能に含む方法及び、同様に、可撓性容器の継目内にシールされた導管の一例を概略示し、
図3a及び図3bは、流体水頭圧及び容器壁収縮力が導管の最外側端における表面張力の抵抗を受ける一定量の液体を含んだ一体型の導管を備えた可撓性容器及び、反対に、導管の最外側端における供給力が負の水頭圧及び容器壁膨張力の抵抗を受ける一定量の液体を含んだ一体型の導管を備えた可撓性容器を概略示し、
図4a及び図4bは、導管に鍵構造を形成して自動化された製造を単純化すると共に、導管に対して機械的支持を追加付与する方法を概略示し、
図5は、可撓性容器の壁内にシール可能に含むことが可能な状態で複数の導管を設けることの出来る可能性のある構成を示し、
図6a乃至図6dは、繰り返し稼動停止可能な容器の内容物の流れを物理的に阻止する異なる方法をいくつかを示し、
図7は、同一の可撓性材料からなる壁内に完全に収容される一体型の導管を備えた可撓性容器を概略示し、
図8a乃至図8eは、シール保全性、壁部変形、空気除去及び充填圧力/容量をコントロールする製造プロセスの一例を概略示し、
図9a乃至図9cは、いくつかの低圧流体供給への適用例を概略示し、
図10a及び図10bは、図6bの閉塞部材の自動起動の構成を示し、

Claims (40)
- 不透過性のシール部を形成するために接合されて内部に空洞を画定する可撓性材料からなる壁部を有する小袋容器、及び前記シール部を貫通し、内端及び外端を有し、該内端が前記空洞内にあり且つ該外端が前記小袋容器の外側にあるようにして配置されて前記空洞が前記小袋容器の外側と流体連絡をするようにする導管であって、前記空洞は使用時において一定容量の液体を含み、且つ、前記導管が、前記小袋容器の向きに関係なく、補足的な刺激が加えられなければ、前記液体が前記空洞から流出するのを防止することを特徴とする小袋容器及び導管。
- 前記可撓性材料は、積層構造であることを特徴とする前請求項に記載の小袋容器。
- 前記可撓性材料は、プラスチックで構成されることを特徴とする前請求項のどちらかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記可撓性材料は、金属で構成されることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記壁部は、ヒートシールにより接合されることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記シール部は、略単一平面にあることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記小袋容器内の流体の容量が前記空洞の最大内部容量と等しくなった時に、流体による静水圧と壁部により付与される復元力の組み合わさった力に前記導管の流体抵抗が十分に耐えることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記導管は、一定の断面積を有していることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記導管は、金属で構成されることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記導管は、半導体で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記導管は、プラスチックで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記プラスチックは導電性であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の小袋容器。
- 前記導管の外端は斜めにされていることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記導管は、製造時に前記小袋容器に組み込む時に該小袋容器に対して所定の向きにのみ配置されるように一以上の畳み曲げをその長さに沿って設けることにより回転軸に非対称とされていることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記導管の領域においてシール部内に配置された密閉材を更に備え、該密閉材は導管より肉厚にされると共に前記導管が該密閉材を貫通して、該導管の回りの壁部の変形を防止することを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記密閉材は、液体層の形態で適用されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の小袋容器。
- 前記密閉材はホットメルトグルーから形成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の小袋容器。
- 前記密閉材は溶融プラスチックから形成されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の小袋容器。
- 前記密閉材は、固体層の形態で設けられることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の小袋容器。
- 前記密閉材には、鍵構造を設け、且つ、前記導管が密閉材に一つの向きにだけ係合するように該導管が対応する鍵構造を有し、該導管の前記小袋容器に対する回転方向及び位置を画定することを特徴とする請求項15乃至請求項19のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記密閉材の鍵構造は造形溝であり、前記導管は、該造形溝に一つの向きにおいてのみ係合するような形状が設けられることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の小袋容器。
- 前記壁部は前記導管の外端を囲繞するカバー部を有しており、該カバー部には弱体化領域を設けてカバー部が小袋容器から引き千切られるのを可能にして、前記導管の外端が露出可能となることを特徴とする前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器。
- 前記弱体化領域が、前記カバー部に設けられる一以上の切り欠きから成ることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の小袋容器。
- ハウジングと、該ハウジング内の前請求項のいずれかに記載の小袋容器と、前記静電スプレー装置の収容口内へのカートリッジの挿入に応じてシール位置から供給位置へ移動可能にされた閉塞部材とから構成されることを特徴とするカートリッジ。
- 前記閉塞部材は、高分子化合物で構成されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記閉塞部材は、該閉塞部材がシール位置にある時に前記導管の外端を被覆するキャップの形状であることを特徴とする請求項24又は請求項25に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記閉塞部材は、シール位置にある時に前記導管の前記内端に隣接した前記小袋容器の一部を圧縮する一本以上の棒の形状であり、前記液体が前記導管に沿って流れるのを防止することを特徴とする請求項24又は請求項25に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記一本以上の棒が、アームを広げるために前記収容口の起動部と協働し、それによって前記一本以上の棒を供給位置へ移動させるアームに取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項27に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記一本以上の棒は、前記ハウジングの一体部分であることを特徴とする請求項27のカートリッジ。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記一本以上の棒が自然に前記シール位置を取るように形成されることを特徴とする請求項29に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記収容口の起動部により一体に押される一対の解放部を有して、前記一本以上の棒を前記供給位置へ移動させることを特徴とする請求項29又は請求項30に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記閉塞部材は、ピボットに取り付けたレバーアームの一端に取り付けられ、且つ、前記レバーアームの他端は、使用時に前記収容口の起動部と協働して前記ピボットの周りに前記レバーアームを回転させて、前記閉塞部材を前記供給位置へ移動させることを特徴とする請求項24乃至請求項26のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記閉塞部材は導管の長手方向の軸線方向に摺動自在となるアームに取り付け、該アームは前記収容口の起動部と係合するようにして前記アーム及び閉塞部材を供給位置へ摺動させることを特徴とする請求項24乃至請求項26のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記閉塞部材は前記シール位置へ向けて弾性的に付勢されて、前記カートリッジが前記収容口から取り外されると該閉塞部材がシール位置へ戻ることを特徴とする請求項24乃至請求項33のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記ハウジングに一以上の鍵構造を設けて、前記小袋容器に設けた対応する鍵構造と係合するようにして、該ハウジングに対する小袋容器の向き及び位置を画定することを特徴とする請求項24乃至請求項34のいずれかに記載のカートリッジ。
- 請求項1乃至23のいずれかに記載の小袋容器を製造する方法であって、第1の領域を除いた前記小袋容器の周囲に不透過性のシール部を形成する工程、前記第1の領域を通して前記小袋容器に液体を充填する工程、前記第1の領域に直に隣接した前記小袋容器の第2の領域を圧縮して該第2の領域から前記液体を押し出す工程、及び同時に前記第1の領域をシールして前記小袋容器を完成させる工程からなる方法。
- 前記不透過性シール部はヒートシールにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の領域はヒートシールによりシールされることを特徴とする請求項36又は請求項37に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、小袋容器の垂直方向の充填状態密封方式の製造プロセスの一部であり、該プロセスにおいては、可撓性材料からなる2枚のシートが対向する長手方向の縁に沿って接合されて前記可撓性材料からなる連続チューブが形成されると共に、各小袋容器の前記第1の領域が1つの小袋容器の第1の領域と上流側に隣接する小袋容器の不透過性シール部の一部とを同時にシールする横シール押え部により形成されることを特徴とする請求項36乃至請求項38のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記横シール押え部は、各小袋容器の第1の領域に接触して該領域をシールする加熱部と、該加熱部から下流方向に配置されて各小袋容器の第2の領域を圧縮すると同時に該第2の領域から前記流体を押し出す圧縮部とを有することを特徴とする請求項39に記載の方法。
