Abstract
【解決手段】衝突軽減装置10は、レーダ12及び画像センサ14と衝突軽減ECU40とブレーキECU24を備える。衝突軽減ECU40の衝突予測部50は、1フレーム判定において衝突可能性が基準値を超えたときに車両制御部46に走行制御を行わせる第1作動部52と、Mフレーム判定において衝突可能性が基準値を超えたときに車両制御部46に走行制御を行わせる第2作動部54とを有し、さらに第1作動部52と第2作動部54とを選択的に動作させる選択部56を有するため、2種類の判定回数で車両制御部46を動作させることができ、第1作動部52を動作させるときは少ない判定回数で衝突判定の速さを担保でき、第2作動部54を動作させるときは多い判定回数で誤作動をより減少させることができる。

Claims (7)
- 自車両の周辺に存在する物体を検出する物体検出手段と、
前記物体検出手段が検出した物体と自車両との衝突可能性を離散時間ごとに判定する衝突可能性判定手段と、
前記衝突可能性判定手段が判定した衝突可能性に基づいて衝突の影響を低減させる制御を行う衝突影響低減手段と、
を備え、
前記衝突可能性判定手段は、
前記衝突可能性が第1基準値を超えた回数が第1回数以上であるときに前記衝突影響低減手段に制御を行わせる第1作動手段と、
前記衝突可能性が第1基準値を超えた回数が前記第1回数より多い第2回数以上であるときに前記衝突影響低減手段に制御を行わせる第2作動手段と、
前記第1作動手段と前記第2作動手段とを選択的に動作させる選択手段と、
を有する衝突軽減装置。 - 前記選択手段は、前記衝突可能性が第2基準値を超えたときに、前記第1作動手段を動作させ、前記衝突可能性が第2基準値以下のときに、前記第2作動手段を動作させる、請求項1に記載の衝突軽減装置。
- 自車速を検出する車速検出手段をさらに備え、
前記選択手段は、前記車速検出手段が検出した自車速が第3基準値を超えたときに、前記第1作動手段を動作させ、前記車速検出手段が検出した自車速が第3基準値以下のときに、前記第2作動手段を動作させる、請求項1又は2に記載の衝突軽減装置。 - 自車両の制動動作を行う制動手段をさらに備え、
前記選択手段は、前記制動手段が制動動作を行っていないときに、前記第1作動手段を動作させ、前記制動手段が制動動作を行っているときに、前記第2作動手段を動作させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の衝突軽減装置。 - 前記選択手段は、前記自車両の走行路の曲率が第4基準値を超えているときに、前記第1作動手段を動作させ、前記自車両の走行路の曲率が第4基準値以下のときに、前記第2作動手段を動作させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の衝突軽減装置。
- 前記選択手段は、前記物体検出手段の検出精度が第5基準値を超えたときに、前記第1作動手段を動作させ、前記物体検出手段の検出精度が第5基準値以下のときに、前記第2作動手段を動作させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の衝突軽減装置。
- 運転者の注意度を検出するドライバモニタセンサをさらに備え、
前記選択手段は、前記ドライバモニタセンサにより検出された運転者の注意度が第6基準値未満のときに、前記第1作動手段を動作させ、前記ドライバモニタセンサにより検出された運転者の注意度が第6基準値以上のときに、前記第2作動手段を動作させる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の衝突軽減装置。
