Abstract
【解決手段】開口縁部に複数の第1接続子30を並設したソケット20と、前記ソケット20の開口縁部内に嵌合可能な平面形状を有し、かつ、前記第1接続子30に対応する位置に第2接続子50を並設したプラグ40と、からなるコネクタである。特に、前記ソケット20の開口縁部および前記プラグ40の外周縁部のうち、少なくともいずれか一方にガイド用テーパ面22を設けた。

Description
なお、前記ガイド部としては、例えば、いわゆるC面、あるいは、アール面が挙げられる。
本実施形態によれば、第1接続子の圧入部の内側角部およびプラグの圧入溝の下方縁部のうち、少なくともいずれか一方にガイド部を設けてある。このため、より一層位置決め精度が向上し、接続作業が容易になるので、接続作業を迅速、かつ、正確に行うことができる。
本実施形態にかかるコネクタは、図1および図2に示すように、プリント配線基板10の上面に接続したソケット20と、プリント配線基板11の下面に接続したプラグ40とからなるものである。
さらに、前記第1接続子30の圧入部32をソケット本体21の側壁に設けた圧入溝23に圧入されているが、前記第1接続子30の第1接点部34が位置する自由端部は弾性変形可能であるので、第1接点部34が嵌合溝25内で変位でき、かつ、第2接続子50に弾性接触可能である。
したがって、本実施形態によれば、部品精度、組立精度にバラツキがあっても、ソケット20にプラグ40を容易、かつ、正確に接続できるという利点がある。
さらに、図2に示すように、第1接続子30の第2接点部34が第2接続子50の圧入部52を外方に付勢するので、前記圧入部52が第1接点部33により強く弾性接触し、接触信頼性を高めることができるという利点がある。

Claims (3)
- 開口縁部に複数の第1接続子を並設したソケットと、前記ソケットの開口縁部内に嵌合可能な平面形状を有し、かつ、前記第1接続子に対応する位置に第2接続子を並設したプラグと、からなるコネクタであって、前記ソケットの開口縁部および前記プラグの外周縁部のうち、少なくともいずれか一方にガイド部を設けたことを特徴とするコネクタ。
- ソケットの開口縁部を跨ぐように形成され、かつ、前記開口縁部に圧入保持される第1接続子の圧入部の内側角部、および、前記圧入部の内側角部を下方側からスライド嵌合でき、かつ、プラグの第2接続子を圧入保持できる圧入溝の下方縁部のうち、少なくともいずれか一方にガイド部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- ソケットに並設した第1接続子の自由端部を、前記ソケットの開口縁部内に設けた嵌合溝内に弾性変形可能に配置するとともに、プラグの第2接続子に接続可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
