Abstract

Claims (20)
- 同軸装置の外部導体内に内部導体を支持する絶縁体であって、
熱伝導率が少なくとも4W/mKである熱伝導性ポリマー組成の部分を備え、前記部分が前記外部導体と接触する外径と、そこを通る前記内部導体を支持する同軸中心ボアとによって寸法決めされる絶縁体。 - 前記外部導体内に形成された複数の空洞を更に含む、請求項1に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記複数の空洞は各々サイズが等しい、請求項2に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記複数の空洞は4個である、請求項2に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記複数の空洞は各々、おおよそ円の扇形である、請求項2に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記絶縁体の前側と後側とに複数の空洞を更に含む、請求項1に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記絶縁体の前側と後側のうちの一方に少なくとも一つの空洞を更に含む、請求項1に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記熱伝導性ポリマー組成の誘電定数は1メガヘルツで測定されて4未満である、請求項1に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記熱伝導率は少なくとも10W/mKである、請求項1に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記絶縁体は円筒形である、請求項1に記載の絶縁体。
- 前記絶縁体は単一で一体をなす、請求項1に記載の絶縁体。
- 同軸装置の外部導体内に内部導体を支持する絶縁体を製造する方法であって、
熱伝導率が少なくとも4W/mKである熱伝導性ポリマー組成の部分を形成するステップを備え、前記部分が、前記外部導体と接触する外径と、前記内部導体と接触する同軸中心ボアとを有するように寸法決めされる、方法。 - 前記絶縁体の全体は射出成形によって形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記部分は円筒形である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記部分に複数の空洞を形成するステップを更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞は射出成形による形成時に2軸型分離を適用できるように配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞は前記部分の周りに均一に分散配置される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝導性ポリマー組成の熱伝導率は、少なくとも10W/mKである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝導性ポリマー組成の誘電定数は、1メガヘルツで測定されて4未満である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記部分は一体型部分として形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
